Made in Italy vs Made in France vs Made in Spain

My PST is made in France & my DS Flap is made in Italy...

For example, I look at the timeless clutch. This bag has round shape on both sides. The clutch from Italy has better round shape than the one from France. I actually return a caviar clutch made in France just because I don't like its round shape. It was badly assembled. Later, I saw red lambskin clutch made in Italy. They did very good job. This is just one good example.

^^^The handles on the Medallion totes made in Italy were much thinner than the ones made in France. The leather felt different, too. France made was softer.

That makes sense! I heard from an SA that it also Italian hides are different from French hides.

My reissues and MC tote are made in France and my baby cabas is made in Italy.

May be baby cabas is easier to make?

Okay, I know there was some debate before, but just wanted to see if a consensus was reached. . . Are the Chanel bags made in France better or are the ones made in Italy better?

I think it's still a toss up. Some gals here say they received bags from Italy that had softer leather but then others have stated the same for French bags.

I still think it's on a bag-to-bag basis.

I just got the Black caviar french purse (like Maxter). It is made in Spain. I thought Chanels are mostly made in Italy or France. kind of bothering me... would it bother you?
