I think the Flowers version are very very wearable. My friend got the NF MM version in white. Very beautiful and it has the most gorgeous light pink inner lining.
I am more into the infinity dots. Tried the pink one. Looks great in real life. Not sure if it is too bright.

I bought the Pumpkin PO today and the SA said the print is embedded different than the prior screen print, so it should not rub of? I hope it is like that and they improved it!

Saw it today on the launch event! So so pretty! It was not for sale. So probably only for show off.

Here a pic aside my Kusama Alma BB. Not so matchy matchy, but that should do for size comparison! Btw. the bag charms are a tad smaller, so not huge as indicated online.

It fit the airpod pro case. But that‘s about that… But so so cute… So coin change will fit.

Unfortunately no… (see pic with my Nespresso card)

Btw. saw the Kusama On the Go and it is gorgeous in real life. Such a great bag. Arghhh, splurged to much already on Loewe x Ghibli…!!! It would be such a great work bag…

I really hope so, but this is the exact same thing that they tell over and over again every year when the Xmas stuff comes out. Even the Monogram itself can rub off over time, I doubt that they can embed it even more than that. But let's hope that the coating is thicker this time.

Out of curiosity & thoughts from others, is it me or the global recession but I feel like I haven't really seen anyone with pieces out and about? And also, as much money as LV poured into the marketing, store decor, Yayoi Animatronics at some stores, shopping bags, packaging, etc. I feel like they went all out with this collaboration. I do wonder if this Kusama drop is a flop for LV? Cause is it me but at least here in the US website, a lot of stuff seems to still be available from Drop 1 & Drop 2 seems to be crickets (AKA things are available to Place in cart? Even on Social media, I do see unboxing but again but Im not seeing as much traction with this 2023 Kusama Drop. Just curious to know others thoughts, and I do wonder if the recession and people just aren't spending (or post-pandemic where people are traveling again and spending less on Lux?).

Again, this isn't meant to be shade by any means. I love LV and I did pick up things I liked as for me personally, I like to collect Pocket Organizers. But I feel like a lot of past Collaborations have sold out faster?

But I did place an order for a few things as I do appreciate the art behind this collaboration along with the fun pumpkin print on the reverse eclipse pieces & JT makes that Denim jacket look amazing!

My mon monogram piece has not one chip or fading despite abusing it since 7-8 years, but my Kusama green Speedy from the 2013 collab already has rub off on one corner after using it one time out (and I am careful with my limited things.)… But the worst is the Kabuki collection. My pieces are still sticky and smelly…

I don‘t think that is bad, at least for me as customer it gives me time to think properly whether I like something or not. Also the Kusama collection itself is pretty bold, so totally understandable if it is not for everyones taste. However, I enjoy it.

I totally get the "it's not for everyone" too if it's a Trypophobia thing. I just found it odd that even checking the site today a lot of things were available (around 10am PST) and last night.

Drop 1:
Canvas PO + the Leather PO with red dots
** Just added with my CA last night the Epi S-Lock notebook which was happy to see it was still available. Plus I might dip my toe in the LV leather pool more by trying out this notebook (I think I only have my Keepall XS in the debossed leather and a Sac Plat XS from Spring 22 in the ombre leather).

Drop 2:
Just the Pumpkin PO (the leather one, no offense but the character on the blue leather PO looks like Mr. Potato head minus the hat and sunglasses - or at least reminded me of that.
Denim pumpkin Stole since I couldn't justify the jacket price. I could but I shouldn't lol.

I did consider the Keepall 25 with Dots but couldn't justify the price point. LOVED the Pumpkin Keepall 25 too BUT what stopped me from buying was that the handles and wrap around were canvas. So close! But LV had to make it black canvas which to me isn't true to the Keepall style. Plus someone on IG said the canvas handles were rigid feeling and not as nice as the leather handles.

But that's all I ordered for now. If I can, I'll try to get pics up But I probably won't get them till next week or whenever it ships

Where did you do the preorder, through a store or online? I did mine online and paid in full for the items but noticed the stores were getting items just like you said. i didn’t want to pay again or cancel and not getting the items but it was frustrating .. I think online and stores pull from different inventory.

I did mine pre-order with the store CA. That’s why I feel it’s unfair that the store has pieces available but they don’t allocate it to me. When it was launched, it was available to buy immediately without any footnote saying I needed to wait any amount of time. Which means I could have gotten it on launch date as it was same day delivery!!

I was trying to “establish” a relationship with a store CA by getting my items through store CA instead through online. But LV is the one ruining store CA, because they don’t allocate pieces purchase through stores first. Instead online pieces and online CAs orders will get items first. So, store CAs get “angry” at customers for choosing purchasing with online. If we were so good at controlling our impulses, there wouldn’t be so many people swimming back and forth ban island and purchase island all the time!!!

Never mind, it’s a lesson learnt. I will be more prudent for my next purchase!

Thank you for showing some pictures of the pumpkin coin purse. I thought it was bigger than the round coin purse, but not so. I could fit AirPod pro case in round coin purse standing too. So it’s the “same-ish” size for what it fits.

My pre-order was paid in full on 18 March 2023. Everything paid up and yet I don’t get my item. So someone walks into the store and decides, wow, they like that and pay for it on 31 March 2023…. That’s ok for them because they get all the cash, while I wait aimlessly till “Mid April” for my item to arrive? It doesn’t seem fair to me.

If my pre-order was a waitlist and I had not paid a cent, I think it’s “fair” that they don’t allocate one to me yet. But how is not fulfilling a paid order a norm? Shouldn’t they make it a priority to fulfill orders first? I guess, this is the last time I will pre-order like this.

Not too long ago, people were mad at LV for selling too much stock through pre-orders, mostly runway items or seasonal collections.

I think LV learned their lesson by making more items AND allocating “x” amount of goods for store stock. While I can understand your frustration, also understand it from the company’s viewpoint. It’s not good if many of your stores do not have stock on launch day, because then you went through the trouble of promoting a collection for what?

Many people, if given the chance to think, will walk away from frivolous purchases. If you don’t have the item to buy, they most likely won’t come back for it at all.

Usually, I don’t pre-order. I end up stalking the website for weeks, trying to locate an item I really want. Pre-ordering means waiting for weeks, but if it means I am getting that item, it’s ok with me. Take if from me, the anxiety of tracking down an item is exhausting.

Haha, yes. Actually I have that Trypophobia thing, but mainly looking at those more narrower standing holes, e.g. in those plants (no anxiety, but very unpleasant type of goose bumps looking at those…). Those Kusama dots I love, especially the infinity one!

Love your choices! For drop 1: Do you mean the red infinity dots Paul notebook? I was pondering about that one, too. It is so pretty, but only downside is, that I could not find a perfectly matching inlay outside of LV and I don‘t like lined notebooks… Still thinking about that piece though…

I saw the Keepall 25 yesterday at the pop up event! I love the pumpkins on the graphite, but something could have been better, now I know what it was as you mentioned it! You are right the canvas handles! I didn‘t even noticed that it was canvas. I agree it would be even prettier with just regular black leather handles! I didn‘t want to get another Keepall 25 as I already had the monochrome one from drop 1, but wanted this pattern which is why I got the PO!

I did my via my store CA. I know online and store inventory are different. I check my store’s availability on 31 Mar and saw they store had available item. Instead of allocating it to me, they place it in store for display/sale.

Today, 1 Apr my CA informed me that my item has arrived. Oh well… I guess I understand how everything works at LV a little better now. No matter you pre-order or not, there will always be available stock online and in stores on launch date. Just how fast they get snap up. And if you are willing to go through a long wait list after the first wave of items are gone.

I envy @fettfleck for getting the pumpkin coin purse first!! I only hope they gave me a well-made piece!! Anything I should look out for while checking?
