They will “age well” in the sense that they will remain the statement pieces that they are intended to be. Yayoi Kusama will never go out of fashion.

But if you’re looking for something that your daughters can wear daily… I’d argue that only the Coussin and the Twist bag from Drop 1 are “under the radar” enough to be a “safe” everyday bag. That’s not to say that there’s anything wrong with wearing statement bags everyday; they are just the safest choices that most will enjoy.

I still think I want an SLG from the collection but can’t decide. I don’t need another wallet, or anything really. I was thinking Mini pochette, but I could get a zippy or Sarah for a bit more. The mini would hardly be seen as it would stay in the bag as a catchall.

With past collections that required a nomination in the US, there are usually select stores that tend to have stock on release day, from what I’ve noticed. Or within 1 month, someone returns their item lol

I am prepared to stalk this pumpkin, if I am able to (the “find in store” button and I are very well acquainted). It’s a pricey bag, so I’m hoping one or two people are more sane than me and return the pumpkin.

I am thinking of getting the coin purse and Romy too.. but I figured I would only the purse as a bag charm:hrmm:.. not sure if it is worth it though. As for the Romy, I like that it has pink interior and sides. :biggrin: :love:

Yes I totally agree! I’m not completely sure about the coin purse but love the pink interior but I’m super excited about the Romy! :panic: Still waiting for my CA to send me a payment link…:confused1:

I’m “new” to the forum, and it’s mainly the Kusama collection that has drawn me back as I do like an eccentric bag! I got a couple of things from the first drop and now preordered this drop’s Bandouliere 20 (blue), the coin purse and the Petit Sac Plat with pumpkins. I’m really considering getting the Romy and maybe a Noe with dots from the first drop as well. Don’t think I’ll be going anywhere near the screaming faces though…

Huzzah!:yahoo: I successfully placed my order online. I was hoping to give the CA / team lead the credit but didn’t want to miss out on my 2 small items. I’m bothered…. I had placed a pre-order on the coin purse earlier. My CA says my item hasn’t arrived yet, but I when I checked my CA’s store, they actually have a piece available right now. Then, why can’t they allocate the piece to me first since I pre-ordered? It’s kinda unfair that they rather put it in the store for people who did not pre-order and still receive the item before me… :sad:

I’m sorry, that’s so lame. To be honest the whole “preordering” process makes no sense to me and seems to vary so much from store to store that it just makes it very frustrating for the clients (especially when we all compare notes). I would imagine your order will come much sooner than mine will. Fingers crossed you get it soon! :hugs:
