hmm.... I guess I m one of the VIC, but I don't know which level as someone mention something about different levels of VIC. I do recieve some gifts apart from the event's ones. But I live in australia, which the shop is the as big like Paris or NY or HK, hence smaller gifts available around the year.

Great service from the shop as most SA know me and my family, so mostly able to get what I like. My SA know me well enough to offer what I like from the back or what is upcoming.... also great to know the store manager so he will save me what I m interested in whatever time frame.

I've never gotten any of the gifts, but I get great service and have gotten some repairs at no charge and a few things here and there, like not being charged for a replacement lock, etc.

My SA has sent me cards (not the generic LV ones) for major life events, which to me is better than any gift and what VIC means to me.

one of the sa sent me a hand written letter telling me they had some new items i may like.... (which i had no interest in) i think anyone who shops religiously at lv and the sa know you by name, that makes you pretty important *especially if they are getting commission!

I guess ill never be a VIP at Louis Vuitton

Ive tried allmost everything, I always shop at the same store. I have one SA who I just adore, she is so sweet and honest. But the thing is I have only bought something from her once. She only works during weekends and I usually shop on Friday afternoons.

The only thing that hapend to me was that my parents and I were offered Moët & Chandon while we were shown the new f/w collection. And we get the new catalogues with every purchase, but thats normal.

I wanted to bump this thread. I buy a bag or 2 a month for me or family/friends. I called the 1800 number and they told me there is not a VIP program. Is it a secre? How do I get in it? My SA is the manager I was going to ask her, but I am ebarrassed. Should I just leave it be and see what happens? They do send me the catalogs etc. Is this exclusive or does everyone get them? Just curious about the program.

Everything I've seen/heard makes it seem like it's totally up to the SA. You're in Colorado, right? I go to the Cherry Creek store too, and I feel like they would tell you that there isn't a VIP program (even though my old SA gave us gifts!). I try to just focus on having the relationships with the SAs. I love chatting with everyone there, and they're really good with answering my questions and getting the LE bags I like - that's enough for me. :smile1:

That is funny that you are in CO too. I go to Cherry creek as well. There is 2 SA I know really well just from chatting. However I always try to buy from the manager she is my regular SA and is wonderful. Thanks for the info.
