Huh? How come? Too small?

Yes firstly it's too small. I can fit only my iPhone 6 plus and a key pouch with my car key attached. Can't fit further and it would be so hard to take everything out and put back in if I attempt to fit an extra item eg my round coin purse.

Secondly, it looks weird on my body frame. I had to put the handles upright when I worn it as the handles only sit half way down when I tried to push it down. I think it was because the strap was short on me. It was not flattering at all.
My partner, my mother and my friend all said it did not look nice.

Has anyone bought anything from LV overseas and had it shipped? I’m tired of LV Australia’s artificial stock shortage of the MPA and I have a SA overseas who is willing to ship it. I’m worried about customs. Any tips appreciated. Thanks!

Oh wow, would you mind sharing which country is your overseas SA from? How nice of he/she agrees to help! you will have to pay for customs which is 10% of GST or sth like that.

I bought my pochette accessories off the US site and had it shipped to my SIL who then shipped it to me. FexEx was $250 from Texas to Victoria. Ridiculously expensive but I wanted the bag and refused to pay a reseller. I didn’t pay customs but that may be because it was a lower cost item.

Agreed it was expensive with the freight cost but it's more peace of mind than buying from a reseller.

Did you buy any hard to get bag?

In terms of bags, I got a speedy bb lvxlol (via online) and a PSM backpack lvxlol (via Client Services) and a nano speedy in store back in February. Other than the nano speedy, the other two items I don't think are considered hard to get as the lol collection is not sold well and in high demand. Together with the Pochette Accessories (not sure if this counts as a bag or an slg) and the petit sac plat (this one I returned so I don't count)

I actually bought quite a fair bit during quarantine time in April/May period as many hard to find items popped up. I was not planning on buying some of them but given they are hard to get, so I thought I should add them now rather than later to avoid another round of price increase. I think I bought more than 12 pieces, most of them are slgs, a few of them are from the escale collection. I bough only 3 bags if not counting the Pochette Accessories as a bag.

I did receive perfumes if my orders were placed directly with a person at Client Services. If it was online order that I placed directly from the website, there was no perfume included.

3 weeks for a return is a long time. I have not come across this long return period with any of my returned items. Normally it would take a couple of days.

That was the longest return I had ever encountered so far. I returned it the day after I received it and it got delivered back to them in 3 days then took 25 days for the return to get processed! I don’t return often but the one I returned before took less than a week

Yes it is easy to get carried away especially when you are bored at home. I think another reason they dislike my account other than the item limit issue is I don't buy any of the stuff that they make more profit on eg clothes, jewellery, scarf...

Maybe next time you can return directly to store as its much quicker (if you are not in Melbourne atm)

Yeah, that is my concern with the bag too, hence I haven’t made the plunge. Am looking for a new crossbody bag, but nothing seems to have caught my eye lately or that I can get my hands on, lol. I don’t think the cruise has anything for me, and Christmas I’m not too keen on the Vivienne fair, so nothing for me in the horizon. Well I lied, except the nano keepalll which looks to cost an arm and a leg, and I bet in AUS it will be super hard to get, almost rare unless you have preordered.

The speedy bb lolxlv is so cute, wish I was able to get that, and the nano speedy is a great buy. Seems like you were able to get a lot of hard to get items which is amazing. Good on you! Anything else on your radar next? Might give me some ideas. Thanks for sharing as always and love chatting to you

oh my lord, how come this SA is so strict/tight? It's not the end of the world to give you at least 1 sample...it's not her profit anyway.
Can you try to ask another SA in store for the dust bag? I asked for a spare box from an unfamilar SA as the one I received from online order was way too big and he gave me a smaller one.

I give up asking her. I will just wait till I can visit other LV in other city. I will bring my receipt as a proof that I purchase from LV store. I didn’t ask for fun, I really need that dust bag. Sad to have non supportive SA here.

Note that slg/bag returns are also counted under 12 purchases/annum unfortunately

so sorry for the late reply! i ordered it in Perth store. Its so cute! the opening and closing is kind of a struggle but its not really a big deal for me.

One person at Client Services told me earlier today that I can only receive up to 2 perfume samples for order greater than $3000. Is it true? My petit sac plat came with no perfume samples although I asked for it last week. The lady last week did not mention that I were not entitled for samples.

I have also been told today that I wont be able to make further purchases for the next 2 years as I have gone over my limit. I can resume order in 2022. Is it too harsh?

Curious how they told you.. was it an random email or did they let you know whilst you were on the phone with them etc? Definitely seems like negligence on their part as they should definitely provide a more transparent criteria on the limits and warn beforehand

So bummed guys! On Thursday saw the vanity in a Sydney boutique and was going to go and see it after work, and it was gone. Yesterday saw it in another Sydney boutique and perth, and a few hours later it was gone too. No chance to pop in and see it and buy if it suits me. Ahh,.... so very frustrating. If new items are popular, which it is here they should order more and have more stock. I can see us, Canada, Japan and Europe, even Indonesia are showing available. Everywhere BUT here. Just my Saturday morning rant. Thanks for listening.

You should check with your SA and order one. Usually if you see something available in a store it could be customer’s orders. Also these HTF items sell sooo quickly, you got to go to store as soon as they open or have your SA reserve it for you.

i know it is frustrating but unfortunately these bags are in high demand. You will hopefully get one soon ❤️
