So basically a person at Client Services rang me and advised that my request to transfer the PSM lvxlol had been completed. The item had arrived and they required payment so they could ship out to me. Then after that this lady told me that I had gone way over the limit but they still let me have this one (I believe that this item was not sold well at all, so they were more than happy that I bought it). If I had gone over my limit, they should stick with their policy and not let me have the PSM regardless.Curious how they told you.. was it an random email or did they let you know whilst you were on the phone with them etc? Definitely seems like negligence on their part as they should definitely provide a more transparent criteria on the limits and warn beforehand
She said that in the past, LV would send out an auto rejection email if I attempted to order, but these days they are more transparent in the sense that they advise the customer over the phone +_+
