Hi Ladies, do any of you know how to get a replacement magnetic lid for a perfume bottle? CS have been absolutely no help stating they don’t sell replacements and won’t order one. Seems ridiculous that you spend over 500 on a perfume and if you lose the lid too bad, I’m not even comfortable putting it in my travel case without the lid.
I had somewhat similar experience with CS. I got Afternoon Swim and after a year, I noticed that the lid was leaking. I only found out when I took it when travelling and because it’s laying flat in my bag, it leaks whereas usually it is just standing upright in my drawer. When I asked, they said it could not be replaced which was very disappointing and had put me off of buying again
Yes I definitely have been put off buying again. Seems stupid that they don’t have spares for them I wasn’t even asking for it for free I’d quite happily pay for it. For perfume that costs now close to $600 I find it extremely disappointing that if something happens to it you can’t replace it, definitely don’t want it spraying itself in a travel case either without the lid
Congrats on your pp holder and pen holder!! I love my pen holder and hope you do, too! Have been using it to keep eyeliner pens on the goOooh @Mapoon those 🍒 look delish! Glad you got them! I didn’t get anymore of these new ones as I didn’t enjoy the waiting game last time. But I did manage to get the blanc MC passport and the noir MC pen holder restocks, which are enough (I think). Both got delivered within a week from ordering online.
