Johnny’s at Sandringham, saw him on a YouTube video of the royals walking back from church this morning. He’s in civilian clothing and helping to collect bouquets from well wishers.

I saw him.. He was mostly trying to hide I think but ending up collecting flowers.. It looked like a nice day.

I have never, ever seen so much security at Sandringham in my life and I usually watch the annual gathering at the Church. I wonder if that is why Jonny was there along with lots of what I believe were Police Officers. There is another shot of him on the Church steps - I tried to get a screen shot but I am so tired it all went wrong. I will not be cooking Christmas dinner for 12 people again any time soon!
I dont know.. If there was any more danger than usual it seems they wouldn't have gone walk-about..

Johnny also had a cute exchange with Prince Louis. Johnny handed off a picture of Paddington bear from a well wisher to Louis. Then Louis took it to his Mum to show to a little girl. Johnny keeping a smiling look out through it all.
That is exactly what I was thinking. Johnny seems to know the children pretty well. I hope his wife and son were ensconced somewhere at Sandringham so he didn't have to be apart from them all of Christmas. His son is about George's age.
Thats what I was thinking, following Charles around on Christmas meant being away from home..
The info on youtube says his son is 4 years old but that may be be old information. ?
You're correct. Don't know how I came up with him being older. So he is Louis' age.

If he is only 4, I think it is sad that his father is spending more time with another person' 4 year old and with him.
I think about that all the time.. 4 or 10 whatever age.
Maybe he sees them more than when he was in active Army??? ???
His 2019 TV interview about his Regiments duties made me tired thinking about how busy he was..
