Jonny was at Catherine's Carol Concert last year so it will be interesting to see if he appears at this year' Concert which is fairly soon.

He did draw a lot of attention! Perhaps he didn’t like it or Charles didn’t like it
OR the gray-suits didn’t like it??? ‍♀️

Now it would be as Lt Col. He may want to rise to higher rank, General or what ever high Scottish rank is ?? He’s excellent in the Army TV interviews. Seems he’s good at it all. I’ve listened to his Scots Army 2019 TV interview prob 40-50 times.!
It’s been nice seeing him! He was easy to spot in the kilt. I was looking forward to the coronation! Looks as if Charles would need Jonny??? Best of luck JT.
He may just be on leave? This is all guessing. But, …he just may have been
too popular ?

If not Jonny, it will be interesting to see where the Marine will be placed at events.

Something I noted during the telecasts of Prince Philip's funeral was that the top officers who were interviewed were extremely articulate and photogenic. If they are looking for a poster boy, Lt Col. Johnny fits the bill. I suspect he is getting some time off as he has been on the go since September.

Lt Col Thompson is on an Army poster. At least one. Have you seen it?

I can’t remember if it was posted on here or not? I don’t even know what to say about it without sounding foolish!
No one would better bring in new recruites than him. He’s so well spoken too.
He doesn’t have to read what he says, he knows it.

It seems he’s been on go go for 3 years, and has a little boy. I know it has to be hard on his family? I hope he’s resting?
And it’s none of my business one way or other.
