Love bracelet new screw enhancement

I got mine in December 2022. I was told that they all had it by that time.
Oh sorry, so all I need to do is find a SA that knows what I am talking about. Cause it seemed like my regular SA (now no longer work at Cartier) didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him.
It's offered on any Love bracelets per my SA that won't stay screwed on.
Mine is from June '22 and I took it today for enhancement. My SA said mine must've been a little older stock, perhaps due to Covid.
Wow but it seems to me a bit contradictory. Just getting it back hardly can provide a long-term assurance that it is secure. At least what I have experienced with mine.

Me too, mine was coming loose daily, not anymore! Screws don’t budge…very happy!
I dropped mine off last weekend and she told me it was complimentary. Excited to receive it back!
Interesting thing happened though, she typed in the serial number of the bracelet into the system and my husband’s name popped up. I didn’t expect that because the bracelet was over 11 years old.

I can vouch for the new system. My old style screw bracelets fell off so many times. I took them to Cartier in London and they said they needed to check if there is a fault or not. They came back very quickly and I was told both have been replaced with the upgraded system (and it was free of charge). I find the new system incredibly secure and I have had them back with me for over a year.
I was able to see the new system today in store, at first I wasn't sure I realized it was different given how easily the SA was able to fasten (since I'd read here that there are "clicks" along the way). But when I went to fasten it myself, I can definitely feel the "grip" of the screws. I can see there are mixed experiences but I definitely see the appeal in how it feels when tightening it down.
