Got my Love with the screw enhancement today! It feels great! My bracelet was all polished up (a part of me misses the 10 years of scratches/journeys) but the new screws feels like there’s a mechanical gear thing inside with each twist.

Hi everyone! Wondering if Cartier will swap for this new system on old screw systems where the screws are removable? Does anyone know?

I have my old screw system in for service currently in NY and inquired about the new screw enhancement and was told it is not possible on the old screw system- completely different mechanism

Weird, mine had old system and they enhanced it

Update after 2 months of use. I had problems with the LOVE loosening when I stack it with the JUC. I had to tighten it every other day. With the enhancement I only need to tighten it every week. So I think the enhancement is a good upgrade.

Mine is stacked with 2 other Loves and a Juc and I haven’t had to tighten mine yet. I’d reach back out to your SA.

Just got my Loves from screw enhancement after 2 weeks. There was no issues with the screws but my SA insist of getting it done since I stack these 2 & I do run and surf with them on. Love how shiny they are😍

Went to collect my LᎾVE bracelet today, a week after I sent it in for the complimentary screw enhancement. However was informed upon arrival that it couldn’t be done on my piece, so I was offered a BRAND SPANKING NEW piece as a “product exchange”!!!! Absolutely shocked but can’t lie …. I was superrrr happy to get an old banged up piece changed to a perfectly new piece with the new screw system!
