Love bracelet new screw enhancement

Went to collect my LᎾVE bracelet today, a week after I sent it in for the complimentary screw enhancement. However was informed upon arrival that it couldn’t be done on my piece, so I was offered a BRAND SPANKING NEW piece as a “product exchange”!!!! Absolutely shocked but can’t lie …. I was superrrr happy to get an old banged up piece changed to a perfectly new piece with the new screw system!

My sa offered to do this, but that’s because i was doing more shopping. Please ask them directly!

Late to party but went end to have my two loves cleaned and SA mentioned the screw enhancement/replacement as bought my love in 2018. However, I did leave with new JUC in YG I will wear next to small WG Love and regular Love on other side. Went in looking for small JUC. 🤷🏾‍♀️

My bracelet was repaired in 13 days in the US. I asked for no polish but they cleaned it so well!

Can’t remember exact when I had the screw enhancement done (mentioned somewhere in this thread). Probably a year ago. It doesn’t budge until I just noticed it today one of the screws has shifted. Will screw tight when home and see if it stays.

It's a repair so yes, they'll still repair mechanisms that aren't staying locked.

Hello everyone! I was curious if anyone has brought a bracelet in that has the mechanism where the screws come off and they were able to do the screw enhancement? I’m eyeing on a preloved bracelet and tbh one of the screws already went MIA and they said they will take it to the store to get another screw. But if I can get a brand new bracelet by buying this it would be a steal. Curious if anyone has gone through the process

They can replace this older screw system with the newer screw system, but it will be the same bracelet itself. They cannot change it for the hinge version.
