A new bracelet is not involved
I had mine “enhanced” and 2 weeks later my bracelet was back with solid screw system.
Mine was already relatively new, just happened to be the older lock mechanism.

Hello everyone! I was curious if anyone has brought a bracelet in that has the mechanism where the screws come off and they were able to do the screw enhancement? I’m eyeing on a preloved bracelet and tbh one of the screws already went MIA and they said they will take it to the store to get another screw. But if I can get a brand new bracelet by buying this it would be a steal. Curious if anyone has gone through the process

They can replace this older screw system with the newer screw system, but it will be the same bracelet itself. They cannot change it for the hinge version.

I think OP means the original style with the completely removable screws (please correct me if I'm wrong @ParaMed16 ) in which case they wouldn't be able to do the enhancement without remaking or replacing the whole bangle I would think.
I very much doubt they would do that.
However if it's any help at all I think the original version (or mine anyway and from what I have read) very rarely comes loose and can't really fall off if it does! I think the issue was with people losing screws when they put the bangle off and on.
My screws have never come loose certainly.

Mine is the original style with 2 halves and 2 completely removable screws. They changed out the way the screws lock into place, instead of loosening, now they grip/have teeth so to speak, so the screws no longer loosen over time. This has been called enhanced screw system. Not all bracelets loosened, so not all need the enhancement. One of mine needed it, it was a quick "repair".

I had a bracelet with the removable screws and they were able to upgrade to the newest locking screw system. I had another bracelet with the removable screws and they could only update to the middle system with the non-removable screws but not the locking system. I think it’s a case by case basis.

Ah ok, that's interesting. I thought that as the ends were a completely different shape on the original style (pictured the two tabs, the ends that they slide into are hollow) that wouldn't be possible, good to know!
