I just received my two love bracelets back after dropping them off because the screws were stripped. They came back with a new screw enhancement that I didn’t know about but it’s awesome. When you turn the screws, there’s a tiny clicking sound that lets you know it’s tightening. So you kind of know when it’s done. You don’t feel the need to tighten it quite as much. It’s fantastic.

Interestingly, with my last Cartier purchase there was a manual about caring for my item and it said not to use an ultrasonic bath for cleaning. I thought that was odd. I think it would have come with my JUC earrings. So it's not like there were any soft stones to worry about.

I also use ultrasonic cleaner twice a year and I don’t see issue.

Those with new screw system, does it mean it can now withstand frequent screw on/off? I now like to change out bracelets but if it’s still not encouraged, I’ll just have to continue suck it up :p

Hi, my LOVE was enhanced and it's doing well. It's more assuring. Despite its new function, its advised to make sure that the screws are tightened maximum at 'assembly' and occasionally check them to see if they have loosened.

I sent in my old reg love for enhancement but sold it right after that so I can’t share the experience after upgrading. I am wearing my 4D reg love with the new screw system and stack with the thin love on 24/7 basis for 2 months and the screws on the 4D reg love never loosen up unlike my old reg love with the old screw which requires tightening every month.

So I recently just got the regular LOVE from Cartier online, but I’m not sure if I got the nee updated screw enhancement. When the screw is used with the screwdriver, I’m not exactly feeling the “click” feeling or I may be confusing the “click”. Because I do feel a mechanic whenver I turn it with the scree screwdriver. But once it gets tight, am I supposed to get a “click” feeling? Because I don’t get the “click” when it’s tightened.

If you feel a mechanic when you turn it you most likely have the new enhancement. Mine was smooth when turning so I sent it off on Monday to have it changed. :)

I asked the SA how do I know that it’s already at its tightest with the new system and she says so long you can’t tighten it anymore after the last click. Don’t try to tighten further thereafter.
