In Canada and nothing has shipped for me. I ordered the Calcifer coin card holder and Calcifer dice
Oh when did you place the order? I also ordered the howl strap!!! Hope it will go well with my small puzzle bag I placed the order on release date/night 2am CET. Crossing fingers I’ll be getting the shipping notification soon!

In Germany, Munich is the only store that holds Howls collection.
The store is not decorated in any special way but my SA was extremely nice and because they didn’t get any notebooks and paper tags he gave me 2 extra bags with different prints. I Hope to get a notebook with my online order. My SA said they also didn’t get any Amazona bags although they were supposed to.

I'm waiting for the same things (plus a t-shirt and candle) and everything is in preparation... I'm in Europe tho.

I was also having a crazy time with payments so I used the chat function and found out that the inventory shown is not live! Basically, if it shows only a limited number of items left, it is actually sold out which is why payment cannot be processed. How crazy is that?!I tried this with 3 credit cards + PayPal, plus my partner's credit card and his PayPal, plus my aunt who lives in the UK tried it with her card (during the time when it was only shipping to UK) and same result. It keeps rejecting every payment method. Just so you know that it seems to be an issue with their site rather than anything on your end

I just called the customer line (UK) and they answered almost instantly. I asked to cancel my order as it hasn't gone out and I got what I wanted from Selfridges, but they said it's too late.

Received a shipping notification from Selfridges for the Calcifer dice charm. Still awaiting shipment notifications from Loewe for orange classic cardholder and turnip head brooch, and from MyTheresa for orange classic cardholder and large Calcifer leather dice charm. Paranoid that my order won't ship so decided to double my chances on the cardholder. I'm in Canada (but the dice charm is being shipped to UK)
I went to the NYC store this AM! Got there just after 9 when they opened and there were maybe 10-20 people in line outside and people shopping inside already. They came out a few times with cups of tea to give to people waiting outside. It was probably ~9:45 when I got inside and some things were already sold out already (the magical sky coin holder and wallet were both gone, some other things too I believe but I didn’t ask). The experience seemed pretty mixed depending on whether an SA was assisting you or not. Sometimes there were multiple SAs assisting one person, sometimes someone would ask a question and the SA would disappear and never come back. At one point I heard an SA letting someone in and mentioning that there was a time limit of 30 mins but nobody seemed to be enforcing that. When I left around 10:30 there were maybe 2-3 people outside in line still but I think many things were already sold.
Everyone I saw leaving the store between 9 and 10:30 got the Howl’s packaging!
