I was on the other side of the department when it caught my eye and was immediately drawn to it! Combined with the leather, I didn't want to leave the store w/o it (but sadly, I had to!!:sad:)

I wonder what other bags might come in this color? I looked on the Lanvin website and didn't see it there -- maybe they'd have something at one of the boutiques

there's a really pretty grey cross body Amalia on Overstock (I believe this is Nuage - the same color as the Amalia I want!) for 20% off ($1579.99) - no sales tax, plus I think they're offering free shipping

keep the gorgeous mastic happy! i've been drooling over it :D

i just bought my first lanvin bag: lanvin red happy and i'm super excited! i'm careful about bag purchases and this is my 3rd bag in my bag collection. i sold a red bv awhile back and was super sad. i also let go of a red chanel flap after that with a heavy heart. but now i'm really happy about my new red happy! :laugh:

Hi All

I'm still debating to get a Chanel GST or an Lanvin Amalia Tote bag...i fall in love with it when i saw it on the website but it doesn't look as good when i see it in real...perhaps i've not seen the color i wanted as yet...
Which one should i be getting? I'm thinking of getting a classy classic bag

a recent purchase from the lanvin boutique in paris - teal quilted happy! the lovely SA (who was very patient and offered wonderful service) said this teal color is exclusive to europe. i've only seen this style quilted happy in black, mastic, and cream colors for sale in the U.S., and always thought 'if this comes out in a pop color, i'm all over it!!' ... and voila!

second pic is my lanvin happy collection; teal quilted with her sister pony-hair leopard happy. :cool:

I was very lucky yesterday to see 3 Lanvin bags at 60% off at Barneys New York. I purchased the Dear Danae and the Popla blue sapphire clutch. The clutch is still on Lanvin website for full price. The Dear Danae is black but my shoulder strap is chain with leather wrapping around it. Dear Danae has no Lanvin signature charm attached which made me wondering a bit. These are my 4th and 5th Lanvin handbags. Lanvin has become the apple in my eyes when it comes to handbag collection.
BTY, the 3rd bag in the store was a brown grande happy also 60% off.
