If you don’t mind can you please tell me the height and weight width of the hardware? It seems to be a larger and squarer hardware and I’m wondering how it compares to a k32 hardware or a Birkin 30 hardware. TIA!

Lol i have the KM pm in the same Barenia Faubourg leather. That’s the appeal of this leather. It ages along with you.
If you want Epsom there’s plenty of bags in that leather.

That’s a hard NO to pay Hermes prices for the equivalent of corrected grain Saffiano like “leather”. I think $15k is highway robbery for this bag that doesn’t have an outside pocket of any kind, an annoying and inconvenient lock and opening, an interior that’s just a plain hole, not structurally sound, I could go on! Yet Hermes has been laughing all the way to the bank making you people think that any of their bags are “limited”. You are all getting played by the “exclusivity” game where you think you are special because you are being “offered”, yet thousands of these bags are sold daily, which you can see with their Record profits! I was in Fashionphile the other day and there are hundreds of Hermes bags for the taking! I love luxury and have many bags, but I am not sold on this type of exploitation!
Then simply don’t buy one. No one is forcing your hand.

Sure! Many luxury fashion houses reinforce their bags with a flexible material prior to crafting the bag. This bag, unfortunately, doesn’t seem to have much, if any at all, which makes it look very slouchy very quickly. (Maybe at the bottom of the bag) Remember, messengers are wide bags and have a tendency to slouch regardless. If the bag isn’t reinforced, it will happen almost immediately upon use as the leather softens, some leathers will slouch much faster than others, ie calf, Togo, etc. I was triggered and repulsed by some pictures of used/preloved Kelly messengers that were on the resale market and their condition, especially considering the bag was just released last year!!

I'm going for the slouchy/used look and I enjoy the bag very much when I'm on the road getting it as filthy as possible. If I wanted a pristine bag, I'd have selected a different leather. Not sure why replying and sharing photos of the bag for other folks to see in the appropriate bag specific thread is so offensive, but perhaps I won't share on this platform if its triggering others toward hostility and repulsion. Late to the recent discussion on slouch but count me a +1 for slouch/aging/patina/character on any bag, but maybe especially so this one. I just got a PM in Evercolour (Vert de Gris) and actually am wishing it was Togo so it would slouch more!! Still love the buttery and luxurious feel of the Evercolour, but almost wish it would "relax" a bit more. Loving the bag so far.
I would love to see an action pic if you are so inclined. I saw a PM while shopping with a friend at BH, and it looked like an odd cross between structured and slouchy. I’d prefer one or the other but wondered if time might mellow it out.
