Congrats! So I haven’t found an insert yet but instead I got a couple Goyard Senat pouches for organizing the interior. I also asked ORANGESHIELDS to make protective stickers for the hardware.

Inserts for the KM are sort of uncommon as it's a newer bag style. However, I came across this KM insert from a New Zealand based company that cleans bags, shoes, and creates inserts for H bags. Not sure if this is an insert that will suit your needs or taste as the interior pockets are quite slim. Here's the link to this insert! Lmk your thoughts and if you found a better insert! ☺️

Thanks for the pic! Looks like you applied them pretty good to me. I think it's just the fact that the stickers cover part of the rivets--a bit off since its half on it and half not.

What is the source of this photo?
At first I thought, 'Wow!'
then, when I expanded it I wasn't sure either and it looked like low resolution BF.
the stitching isn't as crisp as the previous example in this thread.

I found the photo from the H website under "A Daily Companion". You can check it out in the hyperlink.
I don't think it's Barenia Faubourg (BF) as that leather has pebbled grain characteristics without any follicles/dots, whereas the image of the KM has smoother grained skin with fine follicles/dots. Thoughts?
I have a piece in current pigskin as well and I think this KM resembles it without the patina.
