Not the person you asked…. But I recently tried on the messenger in size 21 in BF and was sorely tempted (I was considering it as a travel bag). I ultimately passed on it but I didn’t find it heavy. I had previously tried the larger size and found it too large on my frame.

What made you pass on it if you don’t mind sharing?

Yes, I did find it rather heavy and this was before I placed all my belongings in it. The hardware is quite chunky which adds to the overall weight of the bag. It was beautifully made, but I decided to pass on it.

I sold my 2424 in 29 bc it was too heavy for me. I was hoping though I don’t expect this to be light, that it won’t be so heavy that I won’t want to carry it…

It wasn’t anything to do with the bag itself and if I were actively seeking a KM, this would definitely have been the one. It just wasn’t high enough up my list of priorities. :smile: And in retrospect I am very glad I made the decision to pass because my next offer was a very special K25 that I jumped at.

Love the signs of wear! Truly builds character over your journey of using the bag :) If you don't mind me asking, how much was this KM GM in BF leather? I can't find much about the price of the KM GM on the forum or other blog sites. TIA :)
