Hi there
just got an answer from the seller! She says she has no problem to refund me, but she wants to know where I made the authenticity check, because she thinks it's ok (a friend got it in the USA) and she doesn't want to be misunderstood. I told her that I saw a real Marti at the La Fayette department store here in Paris (I went check) and also I asked in a Forum posting photos. I repeated I want my money back + shipping. Waiting for her answer now.

Her friend ripped her off? Who cares? Get your money. Spell the money amount in no uncertain term.

She is willing to give you a refund... send it back & get your money..

Let her deal with her "friend".. That is not your concern...

yeah, I said to her that I just want my money back. If she doesn't answer yet I'll communicate her I'm going to open a claim.
thanks

Exactly... again I would wait until tomorrow (giving her 24 hours)

to answer you, & then just open up your claim...

There is a time difference between us so tomorrow would

be a reasonable amount of time to hear back...

If it were me I wouldn't get hung up on demanding reimbursement of the return postage. If the seller is honorable and is willing to refund that is great, but they are not required to.
When you are shopping for bargains on Ebay, sometimes paying return postage is the price to be paid in return for the chance to get a designer bag for a huge discount.

Absolutely not! The bag does not belong on the Marketplace. It is a counterfeit
The seller is at fault 100%.

I in no way support a buyer keeping a bag, counterfeit or not, and being reimbursed. That is too open for fraud. AFAIK she will have to return the bag for a refund. Yes, the seller should be responsible for return shipping, but they are not required to. Personally, I would pay the postage just to get my refund and be done with it. Appropriate feedback can be left at that time to warn other buyers.
