OP if the bag hasn't been sent out yet, since seller hasn't provide any tracking info
you may be able to intercede before mailing.. its worth a call, IMO

thank you. It's just that english is not my mother tongue so I'm afraid I'll not be able to explain the problem...And the problem it's pretty serious to me...

Your English is quite good.. We are all able to understand your

dilemma perfectly..

Give it a go... its just a phone call & you may be able to

save yourself some additional stress

I understand your reluctance to call. I wouldn't feel comfortable calling a buyer or seller even on a less contentious issue and even in my first language. :smile1: Talking to a scammer would not be an easy conversation. You don't need to add to your stress level right now.

I would just keep communicating electronically.

Are you going to have to pay to ship back the item?
Did you contact Ebay or only the seller?
Did you tell the seller that you are suspecting the bag is a counterfeit?
Honestly, it would be better if the bag never left the UK.

I contacted the seller, not ebay. He marked the item as dispatched a week ago but He doesn't answer to me when I ask for a track number. I didn't say I suspect the bag is fake. I prefer to receive before the bag and open a claim if the seller doesn't want to refund me. I was told in this thread it's better to wait, because it's messy to open a claim for an no-received item AND for a fake about the same object. probably the seller already shipped the item as he stated ...

If you put a claim on authenticity, you will have to get a letter from an expert.
Did you pay with Paypal or thru bank transfer?
In the listing, the seller went thru too many details for my comfort but at least you are protected.
I don't foresee any problem from the seller just a headache.:D
Hopefully, you won't have to pay for the return postage to England and make sure that you send insured and with signature if it comes to that.

Let's hope that the seller did ship the bag and you receive it in the next day or so..

Upon your suspicions that the bag is not authentic, also hope that the seller

will not give you a hard time and just tell you to return the bag so you won't

have to open a case with ebay as you may have to get a third party to

authenticate the bag...

As suggested above, when returning this bag, insure & request signature

thanks a lot for your advice! I payed with Paypal, so I feel a bit more safe...Yes, the seller gave a lot of details, this is because I convinced the bag was ok...but I was wrong...
