ehm...yes, you're right...I don't know much about ebay. I did what you suggested because the seller doesn't answer...I'm trying to do all my best and all in the legality, because I think the seller did a fraud against me.
Did I do something wrong? I

No you did nothing wrong..

Just wait til you hear back & try to remain calm..

Do not send the bag back until you are told to do so...

No------ just bemoaning the current state of Ebay. :p

thanks! I just opened a case on ebay, but ebay forwarded may claim on Paypal directly, I had to fill the case form on Paypal. Now I have to wait until the seller's answer. Pay pal said that if the seller doesn't answer until the 17th december, I have to do a "reclamation"...(I don't know how to explain in english)...

I did everything wrong (buying and selling) when I first started out on Ebay. Of course it was a lot different back then. But my very first purchase was a fake LV for $20 . I bought a few more costly fake bags too before I found the Ebay Boards and then this forum. Shopping for bargains on Ebay can be done safely and successfully. If you do ever care to try again just have the item in question authenticated prior to purchase.

Many of us have been exposed unfortunately to unscrupulous
buyers & sellers & much has also been a learning experience..

Its just unfortunate that there are just too many inconsistencies
with ebay & paypal which discourages buyers as well as sellers.

This experience would not prevent me from buying again on
ebay as buying & selling can be done as Poopsie says safely
& successfully.

This forum is a great asset for many & should be used to its
full advantage, IMO..

Its been said before AUTHENTICATE, AUTHENTICATE, AUTHENTICATE
and any further doubts, just let it go...

hey
I just got this message from the seller (he seems he didn't see I opened a claim):
"Okay mate please send back to
(bla bla bla)
UK
i will issue the refund i.e.£400.00 plus 18.00 postage once i got the parcel. thanks. "

and please note: the address he provided it's not the same of the address on the listing.
what can I do? He doesn't want to answer via the claim on paypal, isn't?

remove the personal info first:smile1:
It would be cheaper and with less hassle to return to him directly. I don't like the different addresses.
It is a risk.
ok, personal info removed..!
I don't like that I have to send him the bag without before a refund from his part. but I opened a claim, this have a worth, I think...!! and it is forbidden to send the bag if paypal doesn't tell to do this....I think..
