The claim is why the seller is answering. I was reviewing Ebay.FR and Paypal.FR and it is the same as the US. You are protected.
Ask the vendor why it is a different address. Is he contacting you thru Ebay messaging?

yes, he is writing to me thru ebay messaging. it's strange : In the listing the person who was selling the bag say that she just moved to london, but the seller is a professional and live in Manchester. maybe this girl sell her bag thru this seller??

He will have to respond to PAYPAL... he has a certain amount of time to
respond to the claim/case.. If he doesn't answer the case will be closed
in your favor...

You need to follow Paypal's instructions carefully..

If he is requesting you to return the bag to a different address
you need to confirm that you can do so with PAYPAL...

The other address thing would concern me as well. I agree that you could check with Paypal that it is alright to ship to a different address.

Do not close the Paypal dispute until this has all been sorted out.

the seller accepted to refund me! :yahoo: I just got a mail from PayPal.
I'll send him back the bag as he requested in the message I copied here for you.

Please, be careful still. Follow Paypal instructions to the letter.
There is a time frame to be respected.
Everything sounds positive so far.:smile1:
And be careful when you mail the item. Signature is a must.

And on line tracking if it is available to see that the package

was delivered & who signed for it..

Paypal can view that information (on line) & make sure that your refund

is processsed asap..

With sellers, we have to ship to the address that the buyer has on file with Paypal in order to be protected. I can't just ship to any address that a buyer gives me. If I do and they claim they didn't receive the package I can be out the money and the item. The seller must have an address on file with Paypal. That is the address you should ship to. Since you are involved in a transaction with this person I don't see why Paypal won't give you the address to ship to.
