OK, bear w/ me! I didn't want DH to think I was a complete lunatic! LOL!
As soon as he left the room, I flew to my desk and started snapping pics, then I had to move them to my PC and watermark/resize them! ARGH! Here it is!
I will update w/ specs tomorrow, all I know now is it's 3.67:heart:
It actually looks fake to me!

Roo can't wait to see what's in your little box! LOVE little wrapped boxes!

Hahahahaaaa!!!! No you don't!! Especially when they've got your name on them !!!!
Awww, your so cute you kill me!!!! Mine actually never came in a box,I just skipped that bit!! No WAY was I waiting!!! Once it had been re-set,no-one without bolt cutters was gettin it offa my finger!!!

 at some of the comments!
I saw the receipt, it gave the weight and clarity, it's a VS1 so it's completely eye clean for me even from underneath. I don't even want to try and inspect it too closely, I think if you find anything remotely flawed it's all you'll ever see and I don't wanna!!!
It still looks faux to me . . . I am defintely going to have them scale back the prong height soon:yes:
I'll try and get a profile photo, get your opinions.

okay, here's the side profile of the setting.
Tell me honestly, I won't cry :p

Here's my opine; I wanted a thin band because I wanted it to be delicate and feminine, opposite of my last setting.
So to me, the base of the prongs are a little thick and substantial looking and they're a few mm's too high for me. . . I think it's slightly out of proportion. Like the prongs are almsot as tall as the round part of the ring. My fingers are small, maybe that's why?
I'm not looking to show the stone off/get too much attention. . . it just feels like too much.
KWIM?
I don't want short squatty prongs, just a little shorter and maybe a little thinner:shrugs:

OK, that man deserves the HUSBAND OF THE YEAR award!!!! The fact that he took so much care, time, and love in finding just the right stone/ring for you and *with* your input says a lot! (open-minded, just wants to please you, thoughtful, romantic) No way in a million years would my hubby ever do something like that for me!

Swanky, congrats! I'm with you about the profile setting - it looks a bit heavier than I would like. Thinner and shorter prongs would certainly be nice.
