I’ve just ordered online and received my Empriente Pochette Metis. I’m happy with the bag itself but the strap doesn’t seem to have much glazing
I’ve compared to my Empriente Speedy strap which has thick glossy glazing but the sides of this new PM one feel dry and “barely there”
I haven’t bought a new bag in a while so is this is maybe how straps are now?

My mono bumbag is cracking in two areas near the flip over the zipper! Has this happened to anyone else? I’m so sad because I’ve had this bag for less than 3 years…does anyone have experience trying to have their bag repaired — how much am I looking at? Does LV ever offer exchanges?

So sorry to see that. Vuitton doesn't repair canvas, the best case (which is the only reasonable one considering the otherwise great condition of your bag) is that they'll give you store credit, so you can pick something else.
they don’t repair canvas? this is so sad! i guess my biggest worry is that they won’t even offer me a credit & i’ll be stuck with a bag with cracks…fingers crossed! 🫠
UPDATE: they shipped my bumbag to california & i’ll hear back in about two weeks with next steps…🫠
Is this color tone difference normal? I don’t recall my old Damier ebene key pouch having such a yellow tone to the key ring part and muted on the zipper. My mini pochette doesn’t but I know my speedy has all sorts of differences in the metals. I got this gently preloved so worried it’s a fake even though nothing else about it concerns me. Thanks in advance!!

Hi my wonderful TPF friends! Need some help from the experts. I have this empriente speedy 20 for two months. Used a few times and don’t overstuff it. Is this normal for those holes to be like that? It’s on both sides of the bag. I’m kind Of worried it will rip more. I know it’s from wearing the crossbody strap but just want to hear someone else’s opinion or experience.

Some of their zipper pulls are matte, they are not coordinated with the other hardware.
Perfectly fine. Just the standard machine made holes. All of them in the picture are the same size, but since the triangle part and the ones by the zipper are lines, they are less visible, but they are the very same as these single ones.

That is great news! I guess they'll replace that part. But this is unusual, they almost never deal with canvas issues this way, I am very glad they made an exception or finally change their general policy.
I bought this pocket organizer last June it's the giant damier wallet in blue and orange. The glazing is cracking already, seems fast but whatever. But the canvas is already cracking around the stitches in multiple places. Is this normal? If this is normal it's extremely disappointing. If it's not normal I want to return it, but don't want to go to Louis Vuitton and be told it's normal.
