I spoke to a couple of different people and they told me it has limited availability at the boutique closest to me (about 1.5 hours away from where I live). I don't know why the first rep I spoke to said I couldn't exchange an online order. It clearly states you can on the website. The other woman I spoke to said that I could and she suggested an exchange in person too. The strap is mainly the problem. They said that a parts repair request for the strap would take several months possibly. It's MIF. It's strange how everyone wants a MIF bag. Those are the ones I seem to have the most problems with.

Also as a side note, I didn't care for the way it was packed in the dust bag. The straps were left attached to the bag, and I assumed they would be detached and rolled up inside the bag. No stickers on the hardware, except for the little pouch it came with. It almost felt like a return to me.
