Hi it’s normal I had seen some that’s worse. Haven’t seen once that’s perfect. As long as you are pleased with the condition in fact I think yours is pretty good already at least it’s not flat just some creases

Can you guys show me what yours looks like? I keep on looking at it and the chevron is not puffy in that one area. It has little wrinkles in the chevron stitching.

Hmm quite normal actually. It happened to my brand new coco handle quilted too.

Very normal. The way the bag is made I think it’s impossible to have it all smooth and puffy. Mine also has a little crease on one side.

This was mine u can see how bad it is. I couldn’t get over it as well and hence exchanged it, managed to find something better but also not perfect. Yours is much better than my pics !

This is very normal. I've had bags new out of the box that looked worse than the pictures you've posted.

Yes, it is common. Though some are less creased than others, if possible, it's best to request to see a few to compare. Since it's the last one in the country you have to decide if you can make do with it in the long run.

Whenever I buy bags I generally ask them to bring out all the bags they have, inspect them and take the one that looks the best to me.
