Wonder if the other corner is covered? It might be an intentional design choice (since people might touch that area a lot when opening the bag), unless it looks so imbalanced to you and start bugging your mind

Ooh I see what you mean. I guess you're right in saying that other corner has a bit of 'bald' spot compared to the other one, but looking at the 'stream' of the sequins in general especially on the flap, they look like they're not attempting to achieve 'evenness' (they're not in straight lines and scattered here in there in various bunch of thickness)Here’s both sides to compare

Both corners are similarly bare. If you look at the bag pic from a bit further away, there are bare areas (horizontal) that form part of thr pattern on the entire body of the bag and the clasp. Looks like the negative space on a tone on tone, not a defect. JMOHere’s both sides to compare

NormalHi everyone! I bought this Chanel 19 from the boutique a few days ago and I just realized that there is a dent on the right side. Is this a defect or am I being too picky? I didn’t see it when I was in the boutique, but can’t unsee it now
Would appreciate your insights, thanks in advance.

I guess if you didn't mention it in the first place and just showed the picture of the bag as a whole, I don't think I'd catch it! It's truly a gorgeous bag and perfect in my eyes!
Ooooo interesting points! I just think it bugs me how one corner is bare and has the satin exposed while the other corner is covered with sequins. I saw another with both corners covered better so hopefully i can swap! Just me being picky haha. Both corners are similarly bare. Thank you for your reply, this made me feel better. I guess wrinkles aren’t that bad.Looks like a wrinkle, not a dent to me. A dent would go continue through the stitching imo. Wrinkles don't bother me.
Thanks for your reply! Yeah I guess it’s normal for natural leather to have uneven lines. I was thinking of returning it but I’ll keep it then.I agree! And it is leather, though standardized and even, and leather has inconsistencies. If we want perfect lambskin or leather usually it needs to be heavily treated and coated.
