I would return it. Whilst patent is very durable once it’s marked it doesn’t come out. Plus I can’t imagine this piece was inexpensive. Perhaps your SA can locate another as it’s current season and you’ve purchased so should get priority

Unfortunately it's a NM boutique so she can't access other Chanel boutiques and she said this one won't be getting another one of these bags :/ I've also contacted another in my city a while ago about this bag because i've had my sights on it for a while and they never contacted me back
Patent leather oxidizes over time from UV light, humidity etc. It can get sticky, experience color change and the shape can change on the clutch. Color transfer and marks can also happen. I would return the clutch because of the marks.
Per my sa she said all cf in white have the same look. It sounds like I am too picky. I returned and I am not sure if I ever want a white cf
now i look back my M/L CF, i feel like the line in between the arrows kinda deep? or maybe cus the quilts are not puffy compared to other side? should i just ignore it?
I got a WOC and just noticed there are spaces on two of the chain links. I also notice when the WOC is upright one side of back is not even. This is my first Chanel purchase and not sure if this is normal.

Hi Is this abnormal or am I just very picky? I have owned this jumbo for 1 year and have barely used it. the plastic is still on the lock. i feel like the sides are sticking out and it's like the flap is too small for the bag itself? Is there anything I can do to improve it? also feel that there is a pit running along the bottom?
The flap looks ok to me but yes I see what you mean by the crease along the bottom. How did you store the bag?
I don’t see anything wrong with the flap but I do see the crease at the bottom. Did you stuff your bag while it was in storage?

I don't have this bag and it would bother me. I would want an exchange for another one. Is there anyway you can go to the boutique and view a couple of these bags and choose the best one?
I wish! It seems like most boutiques only got one or one at a time and they sold immediately. I sent pics to my SA; she is going to speak with the manager. It’ll probably be a keep and deal with it or return and be sad because I won’t get another one lol.
Was hoping someone has one and can let me know if theirs is doing the same thing. I’m wondering if the threading is too tight in some areas!
I don’t have this bag but I know someone who does and apparently this is a common problem with this particular item. She had the chance to look at a few and all of them had this creasing to a certain degree and some were worse than others. I would personally not be happy with it for the price of the item but as you say if you return then you will miss out on this item as very few were made. Depends how much it bothers you
If the wrinkles were at the back of the bag, I might be okay with it. Because it is showing in the front, it is a hard no. Those lines/wrinkles will get worse over time.
