Nowadays the defect can be considered normal. Chanel's quality has declined in recent years imo. I would return the bag ASAP. Sorry about that, the flap is otherwise stunning.

I just bought the cf small and brought home yesterday now I found a stitch on one side had made a bigger hole like it pull the stitch too hard and it make the hole bigger than the other side. Please let me know if this is defect and should I go return it. It is almost 10k and I am afraid the stitch will make the hole bigger when the flap open wider. Pls let me know if u have the white cf and it does show same or take a pic and show to me. Thanks

I have a similar issue with my sweetheart mini however I don’t think it’s a defect. It’s only when you zoom in you can see the stitches which look like small rips but not zoomed it looks perfectly normal and I think it’s just where it’s been stitched or joined together admittedly poorly. Is this ok and normal given you can’t see it unless you zoom in massively??
Also on the other side there’s a slight mark but it’s not moving and I think I can live with that. Just concerned about the stitching but under normal eyes it appears normal I think? Please reassure me or should I return. I can’t get another. Completely sold out. Thanks!

Hi. I think this is normal for 22. My 22 ceases also. The leather is very soft and unstructured, ware will cause creasing on the bottom since that’s where the stuff is naturally. Enjoy your bag. The color is beautiful.

View attachment 5758824mine has a permanent horizontal crease like this on the backside. I have the small as well, in a non-metallic color. I just keep it stuffed when I'm not using it, but you are not alone with the creasing.

Please help! Bought this cute heart clutch and upon returning home noticed it has imprints in the back from what seems to be the heart charm during storage. The SA suggested I try to buff it out with a cloth but unsuccessful, so she was very kind and let me know I can return the bag. What do you think? Would you return over this? There are also tinier imprints in the same spot the camera didn't catch. I've never owned a patent Chanel before so unsure how big of a deal/common this is
