Is it possible to get pen marks out of Coach leather?

The SAs always tell me ivory soap and water. It worked to get pen out of my siggy fabric!

I'm chatty with a couple of the SA's there, and there was only one other in the store and it sold while I was loitering and talking. lol

It's not that big of a mark, just one of those things you notice now because you know where it is.

I'll read up on the hairspray.

Ivory, really? Like liquid Ivory? And specific type?

I bought a bag at FP, while the gal was writing up the order she was waiving her pen around. I was sure she was going to write on it.

Yup liquid ivory, about a dime size amount on a wet cloth. Make sure you dab, dont rub...itll rub it further into the fabric.

I'll have to grab some and try it. I wonder what it is about Ivory vs other hand soap. Hm.

I've heard baby wipes also!

Baby wipes are more accessible for me.. I'll have to give them a shot too!

I have makeup wipes.. Wonder if those would work.

try oxyclean stain spray... it comes in a small bottle made to be carried in a purse. i used it on my op art siggy fabric to get ice cream out and it worked really well. i just sprayed it on and it let it dry.

I it's brand new and it's not out of stock you could go and exchange it. So you won't have to deal with cleaning the bag

Rubbing alcohlol, dab it on and blot it off. Works wonders on clothes. I even used it on a pair of pants that had marker on it that had been through the washer and dryer many times and it cleaned it perfectly. I have also used hand sanatizer with the same results.

I am dying to know what this bag looks like. I've never seen it? Did I miss it somehow?
I hope you get the pen out. Just so you know spaghetti sauce splattered on my ergo hobo that was signature jacquard and with the coach cleaner, it came right out!! Keep that in mind too.

As you guys can see now.. the pen mark is on the back side.. and not all of that noticeable I don't think.
