Is it possible to get pen marks out of Coach leather?

I've used perfume and hairspray successfully. It was on a Lululemon bag. I would definitely spot test.

I have used Cadillac boot & shoe care with great success to get ink off leather... I would for sure no matter what you try do a small test spot somewhere being the legacy leather seems to have color loss issues already...!

I used hairspray on my scarlet woven baby sage and it came out fast. It did take some of the red off so I used it sparingly, but it worked!

Try a tiny bit of coconut oil. Really!
