I haven't tried yet! I've been sickish. Today is the first day I've been feeling any better, though yesterday since I HAD to go to class because I had a test, I just HAD to go to the outlet too! LOL

I'm gonna give the hand sanitizer a go since I have that handy. I just did a test spot to make sure the color isn't gonna come out. Letting that dry for a bit before I try it on the ink spot.

Im sick too  but you can never be too sick to go to the outlet!

As far as babywipes go, I use them to clean my patent bags and the hardware....idk how it would work on the fabric....

Maybe try Shout. I use it on my laundry and other assorted items to spot clean and it works wonders.

I wet a light colored soft cloth or white wash cloth (to test color bleeding) so that it's damp. I then spray a little of the Shout onto the cloth and dab at the spot. If it doesn't come out with dabbing, I gently rub until the spot is removed. Then I take another damp cloth and pat the spot to remove any remaining Shout from the fabric. After that, I pat the spot dry with another cloth and let it dry. It usually works wonders.

You can also try Shout Wipes. I always put a few of those in my purse when I go out in case I get food or drink on my clothes.

Generally, jacquard is a pretty sturdy fabric. However, since the bag is red and red fabric tends to bleed, I would try it on an inconspicuous spot first. If that doesn't work, I'd probably try to exchange the bag if possible.

Thanks!WOW, hairspray! Good to know. The mark wasn't that bad, not too thick, but now it is completely gone. It was on the inside of the wallet, somebody returned it and I just couldn't leave it in the bin even if I had to live with that mark!

Hi ladies, I really want to purchase a patent crimson sophia off ebay, but I don't want to pay $500 for new! So there are a few listings that are pre-owned for around $300 but the downfall is that both bags have some pen marks on them, and I don't want to buy it if there is no chance of being able to get the pen marks out.

So.....what is the best way to remove pen marks from patent leather (if there is one). And if there is no way of doing it, would I be foolish to buy the bag anyways???

Thanks for the advice!!!
