Thanks guys  I do have a cast and crutches. I didn’t realize how unfit I was until I had to use crutches. Luckily I still work from home, but I have to send the little one to grandma’s house everyday while I’m working.
I’ve been going back the last few pages to see all the eye Candy.
Happy Lunar New Year to you all as well. Are there any Tigers?

It can be hard to find the right color tone. I often have to look at as many images online as I can of a color to see how it reads in a room. Good luck!
I wish I had thought to Google images of the paint colors before I picked the first one. After it was done, I Googled it and could see it was really yellow in the images.

No tigers in my family. Any in yours?

I like the Lillie style but I only want one in leather. Most come in crossgrain leather which I won’t find squishy enough.

The green Lillie is so charming! I like it, too. But I know myself, and I need a black, navy or saddle bag to really use it. I don’t wear colourful bags very often.

I had a Kelly green tote that I donated a few months ago as it was getting a little tired looking. I liked having the green for March and St. Patrick’s day. If I end up with the Lillie I think I’d use it in the Spring. It’s such a cute style and I love the outer pockets.

I’m so sorry about the ankle! I hope it heals fast so you can get back to normal.

My DD is a Tiger! And definitely possesses some of the Tiger characteristics…charming…competitive…stubborn….

Remodeling is stressful! I'm a failure at picking paint colors. The paint doesn't look anything like the swatches. The first paint I picked for the kitchen was called gardenia. It looks like a creamy white in the swatch but on the wall it looks like pancake batter, very yellow. I had them paint over it with a rosy beige. It's better but DH says it looks pink. I didn't want white because I want there to be some contrast between it and the white ceiling and baseboards.

DH wanted the laundry room to be yellow like it was before. I picked out a good color but he said it didn't look yellow so I picked the brightest yellow they had and now the room is practically neon! At least it looks cheery!

We are supposed to get the cabinets on Thursday. I'm worried I'll be disappointed.

DH asked the painter to repaint the master bathroom, including the cabinets. He won't let me replace the floor, which I hate.

Oh, we, I wanted to laugh when I read about your paint woes. I know it's not funny at all, though. It is certainly a stressful time. Hang in there. Did you do large paint swatches on the walls of the rooms to paint? Do you think DH will make you paint over the pink looking walls? I love picking out colors. I look at lots of images online to narrow down my choices, then I buy a quart of the color and put it on large patches on at least three walls in the room to paint. I go and look at it at different times of the day to see how I like it - or not. I learned this the hard way.
I hope you love or at least like the cabinets a lot. What color did you pick for the cabinets? Maybe when they are installed they will make the wall color look better. Fingers crossed for you.:hugs:

That’s good advice, TO. I don’t really need it, although I do love this kind of stuff. I’m embarrassed by the number of stickers, notebooks, pens, pencils, markers, and a huge eraser collection I have. But the Cuties are amused and love to “help” me use all my stuff. Right now they are going through all of my stickers.

I love mine and I love yours, too. The leather and design is really cute and colourful. It’s very inspiring and uplifting. I love looking at mine and the design. It’s just so pretty. This Fall, I’m going to look for a school agenda insert instead of the notebook. I use my agenda constantly so it would increase the function even more.
That must be fun for the Cuties to enjoy all your stickers and fun supplies. It sounds like you are good about using everything. Your design is pretty and happy looking! I had to control myself and talk myself out of wanting them all too.

It's stressful just to hear about it, but I hope it is all the way you like it when it's done. That's funny about the bright yellow laundry room and great it turned out cheery. You won't fall asleep in there. ;) I have a really hard time choosing colors because they either turn out too bright or so pale to look almost white. I've had some funny paint experiences on smaller items. I tried a gorgeous sea glass that turned out too bright on furniture, but I love it on tiny things. Even in online pictures it looked much softer than in person, but to me it is almost a neon version of teal.

Because we have a contractor with a painter subcontractor, we didn't have the option to buy a small amount of the paint and test it out first. There was pressure to pick out the color and I felt bad about having them redo the kitchen, even though we are paying for it.

It is kind of funny!

I have a question. I did ban myself for the November December madness but i slipped a little with 3 beat saddles. I bought 5 and returned the Green and the Sage. Kept Black, Red Sand (salivated on that one for a long time) and the taupe. The taupe was a shocker. No intentions of getting it because on line it looked like a drab color. In person very light and found one with just the right burnishing. Snagged it. Oh an the Tyler Carryall. So 4 bags is me doing really well. Now i am thinking of cleaning up any of the decent Cassie’s out there. I have the colors i wanted now i don’t know i feel like it is now or never because the bags on the used market are way more than they were on sale and they are all damaged especially the C and turnlock. However, there is a Ginger with Taupe and the yellow. I am really going back and forth on that one. the bright yellow is what is holding me back from pulling the trigger.

what do you guys think of that. Colorblock combo? I know ii passed on it for a reason the yellow. Now i am thinjking wait i this may be the last chance. Thoughts??????

I survived dry January. Unfortunately, it wasn’t by choice. I tripped over one of the baby’s toys and broke my ankle. So money I envisioned being spent on bags and SLGs went to medical bills. How about you guys?
Oh I'm so sorry about your ankle! I am always making sure the kids put away their toys. It's one of my fear that I will step on one of their cars or dry erase markers and wipe out on our hardwood floor. I threaten to throw them away if I find them on the floor.

Paint chips are deceiving. I too like @Alexa5 look at as many photos I can find on the internet. We repainted the living from from dark brown to what we thought were cool white. It turned out pale blue. We even had even painted a 2ft X 2 ft sample on the wall. We still got it wrong. We have yet to repaint. Sigh.

What kind of floor do you have the currently in the master bath?
