What a headache! I'm so glad you got what you wanted. You got some beauties!I was very unhappy with the customer service at this one particular store. I have to remember not to go in there.
First was the not telling me about final sale. I thought that was poorly done to be handed my receipt and "oh, these are final purchase by the way." I don't like that, and maybe I might not have bought them in those circumstances. I called Coach CS as soon as I got home and asked them to please have their SAs inform clients before they start ringing up purchases. I did buy my blue Charlie knowing she was a final sale and scrutinized every inch of her before buying.
Second, I wanted a price adjustment on my dark berry Charlie from 40% to 50% with an additional 20% off. My home store said they'd do it for me without bringing the bag in but I wasn't in their area, so while I was buying the wristlet, I asked for that price adjustment and they wouldn't do it! Because I didn't have the bag with me. So then I explained that another store was willing to do so and consistency across their stores would be a good idea. I decided not to bother in the end. I love my bag and was willing to pay full price, so 40% off is great. I usually thrilled with 30% off.
Finally, it was such a long wait for my things to be wrapped. I would have taken them in a bag just with tissue, but then it turned out they were sitting in a shopping bag, on the counter. I'm not sure what would have happened had I not mentioned it to the manager but he did apologize for all the problems.
Lesson learned: I'm going to just shop at my home store where I know everyone or the flagship store after this.
Gorgeous colors to brighten up the spirits during the long cold spell. Thanks, Alexa! I've been on a real colour kick lately, with my berry and blue purchases. They are a good complement to my mostly black and brown handbags. I love these deep jewel tones for the wet, soggy weather I'm expecting to see for the next two months here at a home. Coach has made some very nice things for this fall and holiday season. I never saw the ivy metallic for the Charlie 28 in-store but I bet that was a real beauty as well.
I’m so sorry you had to deal with such unpleasant SA behaviour. I’m not very impressed with Coach customer service myself lately. As working professionals we would be called to task for dealing with our clients in such a manner. SAs need to be pleasant and professional whether it’s a sale or a return. It’s unacceptable for anything less. I hope that your email follow-up results in some changes. I have contacted CS myself over my issues which will hopefully have some effect.Well my return got done at the store, but not in a very pleasant fashion. I described my experience here:

Yes, I think it does. It’s a beautiful colour, warm and deep. I think you’d be pleased with it.Wow loving all your beauties! You did good! I’m really loving the berry color - does it look as rich and saturated as it does in the Charlie pic?
Thanks, C! I feel I went a bit overboard but these colours and styles fill in a few gaps. I’m feeling bag content for the most part. (There’s always room for the perfect pink handbag...and never enough LV).So many wonderful goodies in addition to sweet family time! Congrats dear ML!
The only thing I can think of that I posted was a bead sorter that I use for keychains. The sections might be too small for some jewelry. I got mine from Walmart and Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BYL3NS...bf7b-676f9c0dfdbe&ie=UTF8&qid=1546129121&sr=1Speaking of organizing my closet... @whateve - was it you that posted a link to a good place(s) to buy inexpensive clear containers with dividers to hold jewelry? I need to get rid of some of these jewelry pouches. Taking up too much space and can’t see what is inside.
I am either getting old and less tolerant, or customer service standards are slipping. I think it comes down to the individual SA/management style of the store which determines how clients are being treated.Ugh. That’s terrible. I’m glad the whole ordeal didn’t sour the bag for you. Yes, that store totally lost a wonderful customer. That’s just crazy how inconsistent the customer service is.
I’m glad I got what I wanted, too! But it made me realize I’ve spent an awful lot of time in Coach stores this holiday. What a headache! I'm so glad you got what you wanted. You got some beauties!

Good morning and Happy Holidays! It's been a lovely Christmas holiday so far with family. I'm enjoying having my kids at home and being together. We've attended their holiday concerts (they both sing in different choirs) and seen a Christmas play but more on that later.
Let's look at the goods then we can move on.
After an amazing Christmas concert by my Littles before school got out, I was browsing the LV website late at night and to my amazement the Toiletry Pouch 26 was available online. This particular piece has been sold out for ages. So I decided to buy it and I'm thrilled. It is gorgeous, monogram and made in France. I picked it up in store and it was beautifully boxed and wrapped in their Christmas ribbon. I had to laugh as I was texting my teaching partner after I bought the TP26 because she was also late night shopping for boots!

The beautiful flowers are from DH as part of my Christmas present...we're going to Las Vegas in the spring and there were tickets to see Donny and Marie in my stocking! As a child on the 70s, I have always loved the Osmonds and especially Donny in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
I have visited three Coach stores over the past two weeks due to circumstances, not necessarily planned, but I've been buying each time.
I bought my Charlie in dark berry with glitter edging for work this winter to rotate with my Speedy 30 B DE. Here she is with my Minnie charm and dark berry phone wallet with crystal appliqué. The gold looks perfect with the dark berry. It's quite festive.

Then I purchased the rainbow rose glitter wristlet (not sure if that's the right name) and the Charlie 28 in blue metallic in two different stores. Charlie is wearing my old pave C purse charm. I like the new crystal tearose charm but I can wait.

My closet is pretty full right now so time to stop. I'm enjoying a lot of what's in store at Coach right now but I find these sales trying to a certain extent when one is trying to do price adjustments, there's a sudden markdown, that kind of thing. And it's "final sale" here in Canada for anything purchased during the SAS and other holiday promotions or open sales, something I forgot when I bought the wristlet. I've already called customer service to tell them their SAs should inform clients of a final sale BEFORE a transaction is completed, not when they're handing over the bill and it's too late, as a general courtesy.

I think I need to think about my handbag goals for next year. Anyone else?
