I have to stop. No. Really. Seriously. I have to stop. (rant!)

Everyone's given you great advice so far. I know the feeling when you are down or anxious and a bag is really going to make for feel better(I'm going through it myself right now but hubby keeps me controlled). But then you feel bad about it...or not!! Most of the things you've gotten are small and like someone said, not 2 legacy satchels, so the damage is not terrible. I do agree you must set a limit for yourself. Since you work there you know before all of us do what's coming next. If there's something you love(and there always will be), set your attention on that and save to get it and all the trimmings to go along. Remember you need food, a house, to pay off those student loans, maybe a car...purses must come after neccesities (I can't believe I said that buyt it's true). Chalk those purchases to your quitting (I know the feeling, been smoke free 8 years) and the excitement of the new job and finding yourself amidst those puppies all the time. Just draw the line and set the limit.

I think some other people in other sections on this forum need to stop. Atleast you're not over 3 digits, that's actually pretty good for the amount of stuff you got. Some people on here spend that much on just one accessory lol

Haha, I know how you feel belle, when I first joined here I spent so much money in my first month that it was dizzying! And on LV, not pocket change by any means! But I curbed my spending eventually and I'm still buying purses but taking care of my finances too. It did mean giving up LV, but not the occasional Coach. It's a struggle for me to stay on task with budgeting, but it's a struggle that I'm getting better at every day. One thing that's helped for me is to make a list of fashion items or purses that I actually need (well, in the relative sense). Like, I needed a professional bag this winter, so I bought one. And I didn't feel guilty about it. I just bought a new schoolbag for fall and a purse to use at dressy events - both things I will get use out of. Think about what you need, what you're willing to spend on it, and then go from there. You can give yourself a small treat fund too! But if you know that your fashion needs are met, you will not feel compelled to buy more and more bags.

Im not going to get into it, but most of the time this forum depresses me and I think I just need to stay away.
Its about as depressing as that show

Daddy's Spoiled Little Girl

Im just trying to figure out why ppl need that much stuff? Im thinking its mainly a popularity contest half the time with the outside world. A friend I have that works for coach tells me that a purse is something you carry everyday with you so buying a better quality purse will be better and last longer. I agree, but why 10 wristlets and 20 scarfs, and 30 key chains? $58 for a keychain????? WTH its not that damn cute!!! The reason they sell this stuff for so much is because of the addicts out there will pay for it!!! I suppose if I was really well off maybe I would be the same way, but I just cant really say for sure.

Im not knocking anyone here just giving my opinion and trying to figure out why so many ppl have an obsession!!

I agree with you. I have one wristlet, and one keychain that I've had for years. I have about 6 Coach purses, but they are all very nice ones that I've had for years or will have for years. I don't understand the obsession with keychians, charms, scarves, etc, but I respect what other people want to spend their money on.

I agree that the accessories are way overpriced. I would rather spend $400 on a nice leather purse that I'll carry for years than 6 keychains wristlets and scarves, but that's just me. (I have a all leather black satchel from another designer that I have had for years and it looks as good as the day I got it, my coach leather wears super well too, I will keep it for a long time)

I responded to your original post before you edited it.
all I edited was I added this sentence
"I would rather spend $400 on a nice leather purse that I'll carry for years than 6 keychains wristlets and scarves, but that's just me."

I don't want to start an argument, I know you gals love your accessories and smaller stuff, I was just stating how I operated with my money.

No argument here - my post was just explaining a reason for the obsession with something small like keychains bc you & ThaLizrdQueen said you didn't understand it. There may be no reason for it other than someone has the money and that's what they choose to spend it on.
