Hello All,
thank you for posting this information, it is very helpful!
I have recently just bought my first Coach off of eBay, it is an older ergo hobo in the most lovely shade of red. I hadn't owned it for more than 24 hours when I dropped a giant glob of alcohol-based hand sanatizer down the front of it, ugh! It created this lightned, dulled area down the entire side in the shape of the drip. Does anyone know if there is anything that will make this look better or more blended in? I did try the Coach conditioner, and I think this helped a bit, but I can still see it. I'm guessing I won't be able to make it disappear completely, but I was wondering if any of you had any tricks that I might not have thought to try.
Also, I just bought a white (or maybe ivory) Hamptons Pleated Belted Hobo in VERY used condition. I think it's going to arrive in very grimy, scuffed condition. I have never used the Coach Cleaner, any ideas on if this is going to do it for this item, or should I try something stronger? Has anyone tried Saddle Soap? I have seen several sites that warn against using this, but also several people have indicated that they have used it with good results. Any tips would be appreciated!
