Removing Wax from Leather or Suede
Follow these steps to remove candle wax stains from Leather or Suede:

* Freeze with ice cubes in a plastic bag to harden the wax.
* Gently scrape the wax.
* If any stain remains, mix a thick paste of fuller's earth with water and apply it to the stain. Allow the paste to dry, then carefully brush it off with a soft-bristled brush or toothbrush.
* Repeat if necessary.
* When the stain has been removed, apply a leather conditioner (on leather only).

Parker Gelato Leather???
anyone know how to clean it??
can i apple condition and garde it?

and for teeny tiny pen marks can i use the rubbing alcohol trick?

I recently acquired a used black leather Coach Legacy Mandy and want to clean the leather and inside lining before I start using it. After reading the first page of this thread about how to clean different types of Coach bags, I'm a little confused if I should treat the leather with Coach Cleaner & Conditioner?

Is Legacy Mandy leather considered "Vechetta" leather where I shouldn't be using Coach Cleaner & Conditioner as stated in the 1st page of this thread? If I shouldn't be using the cleaner & condition, what should I use to clean it?

Is there a good method to cleaning the inside legacy lining? I am thinking about turning the lining inside out and using diluted Woolite with a soft brush.

TIA!!

i love the coach signature fabric cleaner! its worked wonders...ive spilled coffee twice! on a signature bag as well as on my signture multistripe top handle pouch! (i'll be drinking my coffee while my boyfriend is driving and when he breaks *noooo!*, it spills on me and my purse because I keep my purse on my lap) and the signature cleaner got rid of the coffee stains.

Yes I definitely need to get the signature cleaner! This has almost happened too many times!

I just cleaned a red leather wallet I had on the interior it had ink marks, so I tried the magic eraser. All I ended up with was a discolored brighter circle from where it picked up the red dye. It looks awful..so be careful when using it. Oh and NO it did not remove the ink just faded it a bit. :shucks:

I just bought a Wave bag off of the Bay. Does anyone have recommendations for cleaning? I have read through all the posts and done a search, but didn't see anything specific for the wave bag.

Hi I am new on the site, however I just got done reading all 8 pages of this thread to see if I can find out how to clean my coach bag. I have a horse and carriage sateen bag and my lovely hubby spilled coffee all over the back side of the bag. I am scared to use anything on it because of it possibly staining. I have thought about taking it to a dry cleaners but that is about as it went. It is killing to look at my bag daily and see this coffee on it. Can anyone recommend how I should/can go about trying to clean it?

I had an ink stain on my white wallet and I used Tide to Go pencil. The mark came out and there is no stain left after.

Two days of use, and my white-silver Zoe is already getting dirty just from rubbing on my black jeans. :faint:

Diiirttyyyy

Anyone has experience cleaning this colour? I'll going to the store tomorrow and getting myself a fabric cleaner, but is it gonna work?

sorry if this has already been asked, but i've looked quite a bit and haven't found it.

i have a madison hailey crossbody, and it kind of has little scuffy looking dull spots on it. i think they're just from normal wear and tear, but is there anything i can use to bring them back to life? i have read that the normal coach cleaners don't work on madison leather.

hi jaclyns512 !!
welcome to TPF !!
oh i love madison leather! and i've owned several sabrinas myself.
I use the Apple Leather Conditioner to buff it up once a while which somehow managed to act shine and suppleness to it..
nope, i don't use Coach leather care products on it if that's what you're asking.

hope that helps!
