Ahhh ok! How long did you wait for? Did you recently put your name on the list? I recently had my name added to the wait list for the Manhattan location, but the SA didn't give an approximate time or how long and I didn't want to ask. I did however request neutrals for Bs or Ks between 25cm and 35cm, hopefully I didn't limit myself too much. Let us know when you get your mini!

I thought the manhattan store didnt have a list, i normally shop there b30/35 are easier to get, but you can also get a b25 you just need to visit the store regularly even if you didnt buy anything.
I didnt think so either but I was at the newer one in the Meatpacking district exchanging a belt, and thought I would I ask. Surprisingly the SA said what kind of bag I was looking for and if it was "the" bag and I said yes. So she said she would add me to the list and to text/email her in a week for an update as she wouldn't have new inventory during my stay there. So...fingers crossed! I told her I am open to other colors, with white being my least favorable but I still wanted to look at it if that was all they had.
On the same day. Location: New York Madison store.
I bought $5000+ other stuff, and asked for a b25 or b30, dark neutral color, togo leather. I don't really care the hardware, maybe that makes things easier. SA said b25 is hard, and brought out a b30 in dark brown. I took it.

I actually got my B30 a few days after asking that question! It was like 3 or 4 months for me, and I had spent a fair amount, but only in things I loved. I didn't buy any homeware or RTW. I think it helped that I didn't want something super specific, I said I wanted a neutral but was open to colors, with a few exceptions.

Congrats on the B30 - sometimes it is just like magic!
Met my SA in late Oct 2019, he offered me C18 that I adore in early Dec 2019 (had mentioned I would be open to a C in our early mtg but said K was on my dream list!). Got a gorgeous K in Feb 2020. I am fairly open on colors so I think that helped... got a rose extreme K!

When I asked for a B or K bags, he said that I have to build a more healthier profile before he can offer me a bag. I will try to stop by the store twice a month. I honestly don’t know how much longer do I need to wait to get my dream bag

.Little scared to add it up, but I did. Not including handbags (which I don't think they get commissions on), it has been about $6K. I've also spent a small fortune on bags, but I think that doesn't count? Got 1 C18, 1 Evelyne PM and 2 Evelyne TPMs.

Do you mind sharing which part of the world/store you go to? Or what you asked for? Sometimes if you're really specific, they can't offer it because they don't have it.
There's no clear cut rule, unfortunately. My SA has never told me to build a healthier profile. All the stuff I bought were bags and silks...I did buy a pair of shoes and a fashion bracelet, but that was it.
I’m living in Bay Area, California. I go to the store in Palo Alto. I bought an Evelyne bag, 1 fine bracelet, 1 fashion bracelet, few scarfs, bag charm and some homeware items. I don’t ask for specific bag, just b25 or b30 or k28 and I’m open to any colors and hardware.
When I mentioned to him about the B/K bags, he said that my profile is not strong enough. I was every confused and asked him directly that how much do I need to spend in order to get offer? He said no limit just keep buying the other stuff.
I got the same message from that store after buying a lot in many departments of the store including fine jewelry. As soon as the store opened a few years ago, I got on the wish list and still waiting to this day. Tried at another location out of town, I knew no SAs, zero purchases and was offered a Black with Gold Hardware Birkin 30 on the spot. Of course I said yes!
Try your luck at another location.
