I have a craie b25 in swift and while the leather is more relaxed it isn't too slouchy I feel. I've had mine for about 6 months only but I think it's fine for smaller bags

swift is a swooshy soft leather to start off with, although it is in a small size it still will grow softer as used. i have rose azalee b25 in ghw, very similar to the bag you mention here, and using it non stop since april. it is softer today than the day it became mine.
your BE sounds smashing, i hope you will enjoy the beauty

I haven't decided on taking the BE swift yet! I already have a b25 in BZ swift and have been so careful using it. I am afraid that I won't be offered another BE B/K (which i have waited three years for it to come back!). I should take it right?!

b25 in swift sounds wonderful but imo you dont need a BE swift if you have BZ swift already in same size

why take another blue when you aren't comfortable with the one you own already?

Another Swift lover here - wish I had more! Gosh just swooning at all your gorgeous bags! It depends on the item and style of bag I suppose as to how much the leather will inevitably soften and slouch. My 2010 K28 retourner is holding up well but perhaps it would be slouching by now if it had been a 32 size. I love everything about Swift! It's never been to spa and according to Docride, it's a 'moist' leather although I have home spa'd it once a few years ago. I do not baby her but don't use her every day either.

Sorry to enable, but most of my bags are the same colors- blocks, bricks, navy's, greens, you like what you like :) Sell the Bleu Zanzibar if you don't use it. Right now the Kelly 25 is in high demand, and frankly, BZ is a gorgeous, gorgeous color (but like you, I would use the BE more, as it is a little darker and so goes more with my wardrobe).

The problem I have is... i love most Hermes blues, especially the super saturated colors. I know b25s are sought after so I figured if I can't live with two, I will deal with it later :).
