Get out!!! How do you see her store? I'm curious now.
Me too, which means what she is doing is working! LOL.

Honestly, I think this is a person with as we used to say "issues". Not sure what it does to your brain to spend your life doing unboxings and brand rants while obsessing about how SAs act, but it can't be good.

Honestly a bit embarrassed to admit this, but I've been following purseonfleek since her original "Hermes made me cry" video, and I've been following all the juicy comments on purseforum (including the closed thread). It's become my guilty pleasure

I actually started following her because of her extensive knowledge on Hermes (used to think she was a vip), but now I watch her videos in a train wreck, but I can't stop watching trash tv kind of way.

The more I watch, the more guilty I feel sometimes, because she seems increasingly obsessed and unhinged and delusional over Hermes.

I noticed in the original video, she repeatedly said "I hope Hermes will see this and give me a bag, but I don't have any expectations." Then, in this newest video, she repeatedly stated how she still has ways around this ban with personal shoppers, resellers, etc.

In her mind, she's Hermes's most loyal customer that they have wronged, but in reality, she's an insignificant client that the brand doesn't want to be associated with.

I’m a bit embarrassed to remember that back in the day I attempted to give her advice since she was clearly always this way. She never had success with the brand from day one and I cannot comprehend how anyone considers her an expert.

For anyone who is not on TPF, and just uses youtube to find information about Hermes example: leathers her videos are really good.

I think if you see her videos from 2-3 years back she was down to earth. I think the attitude changes is just before/after her “Hermes made me cry” video.

No point in being obsessed with anything if that will compromise dignity.

I think Hermes is just opposing a customer being loud about their reselling.

Look at Xiaoma. She is an established reseller/collector in Japan. She is also doing YouTube now. She is not banned. I’m sure many influencers and customers resell their Hermes items openly as well. Nobody is reporting them to Hermes.

In fact, there is an influencer who is also a reseller on Red openly saying she goes for a quota bag at 10:1. To Viewers who commented that Hermes would ban her if they knew about her reselling, she replied that she and her husband hoped that they would be banned. Then they wouldn’t have to spend so much money.

Yup, I have benefitted from her videos on Hermes knowledge. It’s better than some others who gave the wrong information.

She said also in the first 15mins that people should not side big corporate organisation over humanity. That also has a point.

Although I must say, I’m not agreeing with H nor purseonfleek. It’s just shopping for frivolous things.

To get back to the original question I really enjoy watching Xioma picks. I think she has a store but she’s very knowledgeable and her videos are subtitled.
Xioma Picks

Xiaoma was one of the first H YouTubers I watched, I really like her "How to" H videos. Back when I had no idea how shopping at H worked, her videos were informative in a succinct and effective manner, and helped me set the correct expectations for my first visit. Her collection of rare, limited edition pieces is also very impressive.

I know that she runs a large second-hand store that specializes in H bags, but does she sell many of her own personal bags (asking because I really don't know)?

I don't follow POF, but did watch many of her H-related videos after that famous train wreck of a video, and it seems that she sold a lot of her purchases, not just bags, so it seems like she really doesn't have the disposable income to play the game the way she's been playing it, and is selling almost everything she buys to fund the next round of purchases.

Surely she’s not as simple as to think that the first letter was only about the lipstick.

And to be honest why associate yourself with a brand who has stated in an actual physical letter, that got mailed to her home address, that they do not want anything to do with you?

Ah that’s right, for the clicks and ad revenue on YouTube…

I do enjoy some of her more informational videos - the train wreck ones are just for pure schadenfreude.

One thing about Xiao Ma is that she's very careful and discreet about reselling her bags, wouldn't doubt she has released some of her H offers on the shelves in her Ginza shop, but we'll never find out and never hear it from her. I feel like Mel could've done it in a more discreet way to avoid the conflict with H, but no, the greed has gotten into her that she wanted to leverage her YT presence to quickly offload her H items at close to or above retail price to fund her H addiction.
