I find DoubleVanilla annoying, cringey, and boring and her style is pretty awful. It's just shopping vlog after vlog or stalking people on the streets asking where they bought their clothes. Pass. She's also got several quota bags but I've not once seen her actually use them. She also opened a shop on her blog and she's selling her bags at astronomical prices.

Oh really she’s selling her Hermes bags?
Yes agree she is very cringe and her content is extremely boring & repetitive.
I don’t see her as an actual Hermes fan at all, she seems the type to just want to “score” to keep up with others and for content purposes. She’s also not very self aware as to how cringey she can be & is unable to read social cues well at all.

ETA: I was honestly really surprised to see her sub count at around 80k now. Not sure if they are all authentic or not.

Yeah, In general double vanilla seems nice & outgoing, but she was a bit much to take in her most current Paris vlogs. Especially the one where she scored at hermes.
I’ve seen maybe 10 of her videos & never saw the one with Amy being rude to her. Wonder what Amy thinks now that DV is knocking on 100k subs lol

Legit subs or not, youtube algorithm always has her vids top on my recommendations. I think her relatability as opposed to talking down to her audience helps. She doesn’t come across as pretentious and if you saw her in person she’d be kind. Other YouTubers obviously not

I only saw one video for her where she vloged her FSH appointment and had to skip through the video to not fall asleep.

The video was too long and filled with boring stuff. These were the longest 10 minutes I had to sit through.

As a 'hobbyist' youtuber who posts very irregularly - (well I have a super busy full-time job in consulting). I'm really amazed by the amount of content these youtubers have but tbh I do feel like many ppl 'hate to watch' certain channels and these channels do get lots of views though haha I can say that YT revenue is really not much for anyone below 100K subscribers - definitely not enough to pay for any B K C LOLLL unless they have specific sponsors - of course this is on an average basis as it is the views, including the country the views come from due to different ad rates etc. that make up ad revenue.

Hence, I think perhaps they have the channels (not all of course) to use as a more 'credible' platform to resell to their subbies.

Personally, what I dislike the most about POF is how contradicting she is and also how she sells H packaging. My H SA told me that they even have random people walk in claiming to be past customers and asking for paper bags etc...of course you can guess the answers they get!

on another note, super happy that I randomly managed to buy an anemone calvi duo when I visited my SA today! Have been waiting for quite a while and actually gave up on one LOL
