You can line up at the Ginza boutique before they open to try your luck. When the store opens, they give you a number and then you head to the leather goods floor. There is a SA holding a clipboard that asks what you are looking for and then assigns you to an SA. I have lined up twice on different trips this year (March, November) and both times there were only two B35's available for the taking in dark colors - vert amande, deep blue, vert bosphore, and a grey color. It is first come first serve so usually it goes to the first or second people in line. They had no BKC, no mini evelynes, no mini bolides in November. They did have a lot of herbags and lindy 26. I have also gone in the afternoon and asked for BKC and told none.
I have also tried my luck at all the other Tokyo H boutiques on a number of trips over the past couple of years, on multiple days and repeat visits, and each time there was no BKC available when I asked. Inventory always seems rather sparse to me, but I am located in a city with 2 sizeable H stores so I might be spoiled.
