I was in tokyo with my girlfriend on the 23rd of Mar. Decided to line up at the Ginza store at 10am. A single man and a korean couple were ahead of us.

by 11am, there was a long line of people behind us. A male staff came out to tell us that there were no QBs that day, and showed us what was available on an ipad.

You are given a number tag based on your queue position as you enter the store.

Everyone bows and greets you nicely as you make your way to the elevator.

Once you get to the 4th floor, a staff member will take the number tag from you, and you join the line where you get to choose which items you want to view that day from an ipad. You're only allowed to view 3 items.

There was a dark grey Medor bag available that day, but the Korean couple ahead of me took it.

So we didn't get anything in the end. Bought a pair of sandals and left for lunch. There's a really nice restaurant next to the Ginza Hermes store called Hachidaime Gihe-e. Go scan its QR code and make a reservation for lunch while lining up for Hermes. LOL
