Hi! Does Hermes make any items that are only available in Japan? Scarf prints or anything like that? Thank you!
There are a lot of items as Japan has always had a long and very special relationship with Hermes Paris. Currently nothing in stores except the Ginza notebook (which my SAs know of). In the past definitely and these can be found at vintage sellers. Please do check for store exclusives with your SA.

Is it worth it to line up at the Ginza location? Or do they have available bags updated/added on the iPad throughout the day?
Ginza had a long lineup every day I was there. Early one morning on the way to Disney, there was already a line up at 8am.
On the days I did go in, It did not appear the iPad got updated even later in the date when myself or DH visited again. It was very convenient and straightforward to head up to the 4th to see what bags/SLGs were available that day.
Ginza staff very lovely. We found Ometesando SAs to be unfriendly.

Omotesando and marunochi SA were amazing, speak english okay. But no bags whatsoever, tried buying a bracelet and ring with a note that if you have a bag i will buy it but both nodded no bags at all. Havent tried ginza coz theyre closed most of the time but i doubt there’s any B/K. I owned B25, C18, mini lindy, and herbag. Got it all from europe and singapore. Never in Japan. Yet.

Also visiting Japan in a few weeks. Except for bags, which I am not planning to hunt for, is there anything in the Ginza store that is worth checking /relatively easy to get as compared to North America?

Omotesando /harajuku hermes SA was very very sweet, but DH and I were only looking for RTW for men and women. When I said I was a Chanel 36 or Dior 38-40, she said there was not much left in larger sizes lol ;) DH ended up getting a cashmere hoodie sweater that seemed to be about 1K USD less than it would be in the US, IDK. I think it was 2300 USD.

We also went to Ginza, but the Hermes near 45R and Brandoff was closed temporarily for the day. There was an H between ginza and the financial district that was open… I didn’t get the impression that QBs would be available for tourists esp with little spend, but I didn’t ask.

Brand-off had a MKII, gold, phw for the equivalent of 25K USD. Amore in the harujuku district had a gold dore metallic K25 (older from 2004) for about 135K USD, ouch. Amore seemed to have more stock than brandoff. The reseller prices seemed to be more reasonable (excluding rarities like dore metallic)

Tokyo has so many Hermes boutiques it’s pretty mind blowing (my home store is the only one in the state). The Ginza flagship is worth a visit if you go back, the cafe on the 2nd floor has birkin and kelly shaped chocolates :)

Thank you! Will keep in mind  I was looking for current season RTW and for a specific discontinued H crinoline bag, and a friend loves the Ginza H. She also recommended Paradise vintage
