I was successful for a B at Fsh my first time there in June!
In SM, I only bought an alligator CDC but asked for a variety of items (that they didn't have in stock). They were surprised in my knowledge of H products - leather, jewelry and scarves.... and suggested that I come work for them during the season. :D. I asked for. b or k in the midst of it all. The SM offered to check the new shipment only after the couple we were traveling with left the store. She then hustled and brought out the B 30 Colvert. Had my friends not left, I don't think she would have offered. So, all I bought was the gator CDC and B.

Loving it but not using until I get home it's been raining off and on, even with the raincoats, I worry.

I asked for a variety of inventory that I was interested but they didn't have most of it. Just the gator CDC and B30.

congrats!!!!!!! the store manager is very nice but when I asked for a B in June, she told me its only for locales. fortunately, she showed me a Lindy

Many stores say their Bs are only for locals and it makes perfect sense to me in cities, but not so much in a holiday resort where not that many people live. I'm glad that they showed you a Lindy though!

That's true that there are fewer year round residents who are customers, but they have a lot of regular customers who have second homes and/or just come every season. I think that's why off-season can be a bit easier in a ski resort.

I was in the Lugano store yesterday it was very small and selection was pretty limited. They did have a fairly good SLG selection including variety of Carmens, bag charms and belts. Not as friendly as St. Moritz. I saw a woman inquire about a K and she got the No K response. She did not appear to purchasing anything else. I didn't get anything here as they just didn't have items on my list.

St. Moritz are much better with tourists. The Geneva store was a bit more difficult but has a bigger inventory than Lugano and I think nicer SA's. Geneva and Zurich have the highest stock, I waited only 3 days for my bag which was a record I will not be so lucky to achieve again.

Geneva boutique is the best - I was 2 times there and both times I was offered and bought a Kelly ( I was looking for Kelly) - rouge and orange)))

That is so nice. :) you must be very lucky. I can't buy another bag for 6 months so will have to wait. Hopefully shall be lucky soon again. [emoji173]️[emoji190]

The funny thing is that the manager /Alexander/ was so involved in our conversation that he made a mistake and charged me less – 2000 franks. I didn’t notice with all the excitement and later he called me and was very worried that I might not go back to pay it. Apparently he can’t charge your card while you are not there. So I went back /although I was in a hurry for my flight/ and he was relieved. I believe that if I go again there he would give me another bag. LOL.
I know another person who scored a B as a walking in customer there.
