My call was actually from Lausanne. And I assume it will go happily to the next 'established' customer who expressed interest. I'm sure I will continue to buy Hermès, but I'm not really a bag collector.:smile1:

What in the world is happening with Geneva!!! I am glad Lausanne came through. I wish I could say I am content with my H bags. Maybe with a Kelly things will change. But who knows. It seems I have a collector personality. Heheheh in terms of many things. And I am probably the only one not crazy about the scarves. I did like a men's scarf this season. [emoji5]️

I just received a note from Hermès that the Lausanne boutique is expanding and their temporary location will be in Bongénie (Place St-François 10, level 4) starting 17 October.
Looking forward to the expansion!:smile1:

That is nice. The Geneva one is pretty much out of stock for Kelly wallets and so on. I would love to go to the new Lausanne one. [emoji5]️ I wonder when they will be done with the expansion?

Hi ladies,

For the lovely ladies here who have visited H store at these cities please rank the most likely to the least likely place that a walk in might score a lindy:

Barcelona, zurich, monte carlo, st moritz

And any opinion would be much appreciated
Thanks :)

I shop from the swiss store in Geneva, Lausanne and Basel regularly. Our stock is limited for B and K but there are lindy bags and last time there was a selection in Geneva. I would also call ahead and ask if they have lindy bags and what colour. Before Xmas the stock is getting better and bigger. If you need more info or help, just PM me.

Cannes is not bad actually. I would call ahead for Monaco. For Barcelona the stock last time was limited but I was looking for K wallets.

St. Moritz before Xmas will get lots of regular Suisse customers. They are used to foreigners though. But for lindy before Xmas I would rank Geneva and other bigger Suisse cities first.

Hope this was helpful.

Hi thanks for replying
Unfortunately i wont be going to geneva. I am only going to zurich and/or st moritz. I am a bit intimidated in calling H store, would they be willing in telling lindy stock? I am going to be in swiss in february, but i am gonna be there a week after chinese new year, how is the stock in h swiss in february? Do you think CNY after effect will affect h stock's greatly? (Due to a lot of chinese toourists in europe)

Crans
Gstaad
Zurich
Lausanne
Bern
St moritz
Lucerne

Thanks, your info is very helpful :)

They usually do tell over the phone about lindy stock and other non B or K bags. I would not be intimidated. They do have lots of tourists and the Geneva store has a wonderful SA speaking Mandarin and I think a bit of Cantonese as I recall.
My asian friends are always visiting me but I don't see so many Chinese tourists around the ski resorts. Summer is super popular, and I can't say about Feb as I am usually in HK.

This is just based on my experience as a regular. In the summer you have higher chances at the ski resorts. Now in winter time it is a whole different story and you can profit from the Basel and Zurich stores. Try Bern too. Lausanne should be fine. Gstaad and St Morits. Not certain about Lucerne. February I would do Zurich, Basel (it's super close) and then Bern. Then Gstaad, it's also pretty and St. Moritz.

If you remind me before you go I will ask my SM or SA and will find where you can have the highest chances to get a Lindy.

Hope this is a bit helpful.

Do you think that theyd be willing to reserve a bag? Could you recommend other swiss store other than zurich geneva or st moritz? ( i dont speak chinese, was just asking about the CNY cause i hear FSH stock is greatly affected by CNY)
