Hello Scarlett. I think the summer seasons will definitely be busy with many tourists which means more competition for the bags but also the locals will probably be on vacay so SA’s may have bags for the tourists as well. I wish I could say which days are better but the busiest will be on Saturday.
There are many changes happening in the Swiss stores but I think it’s good to try out in different shops and see how you bond with the SA.

I’m working in Geneva till next Friday. I popped by the H store around 645 pm today and it was a bit like a market and no SAs even bothered to ask me what I want. I decided to go back another day . Do you have a SA to recommend? And what time should I drop by the store? I’m looking for a lindy 30/34 in neutral or dark Color in evercolor, a wallet for my husband, perhaps a belt and if I’m lucky a Kelly 32 phw in neutral/ dark Color. Thank you !

I also noticed there were so many bags in the display window but it seems to be H policy that none of the display bags are for sale !!!
I found the SAs at Hermes Lugano were extremely friendly and helpful. I was offered a clutch without purchasing any other item. The SA spent time to walk me through all the bag charms they had in the drawer which included a Bleu electric rodeo. No B nor K though.
Hello everyone! Update: I got the call today! I can pick my bag up tomorrow. I changed my boutique, I‘m now a customer in Lugano. I have a brilliant SA, we clicked right away! My first visit was on the 3rd of May.
