I have been to three stores in Switzerland. Geneva, bern and Zurich and i think bern have the lowest amount of bag display compared to the other two stores so I believe that their inventory range will be poorer compared to Geneva and Zurich.

I have been to three stores in Switzerland. Geneva, bern and Zurich and i think bern have the lowest amount of bag display compared to the other two stores so I believe that their inventory range will be poorer compared to Geneva and Zurich.
But still I want to try in Bern. Please give me an advise. Is it going to be ok if I will say something like this to SA “bla-bla-bla... And also I had maybe a confusing question, but do u have a Birkin or Kelly” after buying for example boots or scarf the same day

My friend is in courchevel swiss, he visited the H shop today. I told him to try his luck for me if he could get any Ks or Bs for me. He went to a SA and she told him to come back tomorrow. Has anyone tried their luck there, and do you think he’s going to be able to get me anything? And are the prices higher there?

From my experience the store in Switzerland would prioritise the local or VIP customers first. Walk-in is nearly impossible, unless you spend a fortune I guess or build the relationship with the store over time. Nevertheless, it's all depends on your luck with Hermes. My cousin was shown B25 swift in black PHW couple years ago but declined. This was after she purchased a Lindy 26 (no previous history). Wishing you best of luck scoring your dream bag!
Yep, for the first Courchevel is in France, but I think it doesn’t have a big difference in getting or not B or K. But in Courchevel there are just a lot of millionaires and rich people, or just H VIPs. So it will be preferred to sell to them bags for the first. Also I don’t think they have a huge stock, because the store is quite small. Anyway u can get your bag there, but you should come there early morning, when they have just opened.
Anyway you are not going to be offered THERE a B or K, while you didn’t make a lot of purchases, or you didn’t buy anything before there with the same SA. And my own advise: choose not a young SA, because they are just more strict with those questions, they’ll just answer that they have nothing. Actually, you could saw that I’ve been asking a lot of questions here too, because I’ve never had B before. But now I’ve tried to understand how does this go in H strides on my own, and I can say that it is very important to have good relations!!!
Does any know the address of Hermes store in Lucerne ? I will be visiting Lucerne in March, and I heard the old store is closed?

There's no longer a store in Lucerne since the concession store closed at the end of October 2017.
Hello! They were a franchise store, and have decided to no longer be an Hermes. They will remodel and become a VCA. For the closest Hermes, you have Bern (1.5 hr), Zurich (45-55min) and Basel (1 hr). Lausanne is 2:20 away, Geneva will be 3 hours. There is also Zurich and Geneva airports if you have an international departure. The H stores in the mountains are not for normal human beings so I wouldn't make a special trip, but if you're there already, you might as well try!
