@qtpik8, Is H moving to a new location in Luzern, or are they permanently leaving Luzern? Last year I spent time in Switzerland, and I was pleased to see H had a boutique in every city I visited :)

@qtpik8, I enjoyed looking at the pieces you picked up at the H closing sale in Luzern. You added some lovely pieces! I was quite taken with the organizing trays you use for your H jewelry items--especially the adjustable slots for storing H bracelets of varying widths. May I please know where you located these display trays? I am hoping they might be available online somewhere, but even if they are not, I would be interested in ordering them from your source and having them shipped to me in the US. ~many thanks

The Luzern store was a franchise and the owner has decided to become a Van Cleef & Arpels. I spoke to one of the SAs there who said she will stay with the company and become a VCA sales person when it re-opens. Another sales associate was considering joining the Zurich store, so there's a mix of loyalties to H and to the parent company, it seems. I don't think H will reopen there in the near future.
I just moved to Switzerland a few months ago. Switzerland probably has the highest ratio of H stores to people in the world! There are 11 shops in a country of only 8 million people. (A friend pointed out that I clearly moved to the right place.) A lot of the shops are in the ski resorts, so they are only open Dec-March.

Try googling 'bangle display tray' or something similar if you want to find one more local.

Now I am off to locate a similar bracelet tray. Thanks for this information, and I hope your stay in Switzerland is a beautiful one!

I missed it and won't be able to go [emoji24] due to traveling. But it seems like the Geneva store is getting better than before in terms of CS. Will see how it goes but for now recommend it plus the Lausanne store and Zurich one [emoji4]

I went to Geneva store on the first day of my trip and I met a really nice SA and I did get my first Hermes bag there. I was trying to get a birkin but the SA mentioned it is priority to the local and VIPs. Therefore I go for my second choice which is a lindy. There are many selection of colour size and leather and SA there is so helpful :)

Thank you guys for the suggestion of trying it at the Geneva store.

Hi everyone! I really need your advise! I’m in Switzerland now and I really want to buy a B or K. I’m going to be in Geneva and in Gstaad. Can someone please tell me, if you were there, is it possible to buy those bags there? Is it possible to buy it if you are not a VIP client of Hermes? Because I’ve seen here a lot of stories how lucky walk-ins got their dream bags! Help please, give an advise!

It is indeed. In Zurich from my own experience they tend to be a bit more helpful esp to new people. They also have more B's and K's in PHW but that is in general in Zurich and Geneva.

She even went back to check if they had one (which I heard was very special) because this was the first time I've ever been to a H store.
I was sooo nervos. Too bad they had none. We chatted about 30 Minutes and laughed a lot together. I hope she won't forget me. So I took a card from her with her name on it.

Gstaad is a small store and it is currectly peak season for the billionaires now who are there to ski. I would try asking in Geneva or Zurich after purchasing some small items.

How do you think, is it going to be effective to ask for a Birkin or Kelly in Bern. Do they have a stock? And also, if I’m going to ask, I have to say a specific type of leather, color, hardware, size. Do you know which are more popular to find in stores. Because now I just want to get any Birkin or Kelly. Because I don’t have any yet.

Havent been to Bern so i can't advice sorry. I would still try Zurich/Geneva over all the smaller stores.
